We enjoyed a lovely Festive Lunch with friends this week. The Christmas meal was very generous in portions and the staff serving were all cheerful and made us very welcome. Well done to the Chef and team.

I'm a 1 michelin star chef all praise to the Sunday lunch we had perfect presentation great belly pork and lamb lucky to be seated but very accommodating not booked well worth a return will definitely be back than so much first time eating there

Great ambience and vibe, watching the band last Friday night in the pub garden. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Service was excellent. This pub seems to be up and coming, and I will definitely be back again.

What a find You cannot fault for the Money. We had room 1 and paid a little over £100 for 2 of us with breakfast. Just great value. Everyone that worked there was so friendly and approachable. We stayed here as it was convenient for what we needed. However I’d come back just for a weekend. Absolutely everything spot on

I have just stayed here for one night on my own for business and I have had a very nice stay. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful and the room was beautiful, comfortable and pristine. It has been very hot weather, but there was a stand up fan ready in my room to make it comfortable without even having to ask. Breakfast was included, and it was very tasty and there was a vegan option which I was very impressed with because that is somewhat rare with hotel breakfasts. Very lovely location with quiet surroundings. This is a very quaint and lovely place to stay, and very good value for money. Thank you for your hospitality!
