Fiz uma especie de segunda lua de mel com minha esposa, tentei fazer-lhe uma surpresa reservando um quarto com jacuzzi. infelizmente a jacuzzi estava suja. Infelizmente isto nos desmotivou de usa-la. De manha ao descermos para tomar café as 9am, havia acabado o bacon, quando pedi para ser reposto a atendente do café da manha foi muito mal educada, dizendo que não havia mais tempo de repor, sendo que o café terminava as 10am.

O local está localizado à direita da rodovia interestadual saída e é um pouco difícil acesso desde que ela está em uma rodovia dividida (Route 59). O hotel apresenta um desgaste e o quarto que eu fiquei não estava muito limpo. Na verdade, a primeira coisa que tive que fazer ao entrar no quarto, foi limpar um resíduo desconhecido no chão do banheiro. A equipe é atenciosa e o café da manhã é bom. O ar condicionado no quarto era um pouco barulhento e sobressaltou-me várias vezes quando ele arrancou. No total, foi uma estadia OK.
Smelled of marijuana. Poorly stocked room 1/2 roll tp and 2 towels for 5 people. Small room, booked 5 people only 2 beds

Smelled of marijuana, had to explain to my kids, under stocked room, 2 full beds for 5 people. Only two towels provided for 5 people, asked for more, needed to wait until next day due to laundry not being completed.

I would not recommend this hotel as the rooms are old, musky smelling and unclean. Staff walked into my room without knocking on the door. Front desk staff acted bothered when I asked to check in. Overall a disappointment. Wish I had stayed at the Hilton next door to this hotel! I’ve never had issues at other Hilton hotels so this one was very disappointing!
A Terrible Hampton Inn

We are Hilton Honors members and always stay at hotels in the Hilton chain. We grew up in Rockland County and were just passing through for the night. We picked this hotel without reading the reviews on TripAdvisor but based on a previous stay. However, that stay was 9 years ago and obviously, things change. In this case, NOT for the better. We arrived an hour early and had to wait exactly the hour to check in. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with an overwhelming foul smell, must perhaps with a combination of cigarette smoke? I went back downstairs and the clerk told me they were sold out for the weekend. When entering the bathroom, there was no soap, bath mat, wash cloths, hand towels or body lotion. I found the housekeeper and asked her for these things. She returned ten minutes later with some but not all . I ended up going to her cart and getting what I needed. The elevator service is terrible and we ended up using the steps most of the time. When we went downstairs to go out for dinner , the manager was on duty. I asked her to make a note of my room number and to add there was a terrible smell as I thought someone might have also smoked in that room and I refused to be charged the $250 fee. She apologized and offered to switch my room and I told her the previous clerk said there were none! I told her no thanks we were leaving in the morning. In looking around at the condition of the whole hotel, I think all of the rooms would be the same. The pantry(?) and refrigerator(? ) Section were almost empty for anyone who might want a snack or a cold beverage. Speaking of a beverage, this hotel did not even offer our complimentary two bottles of water. We didn’t bother to check out breakfast because of the conditions of the hotel and went to the diner next door. I am glad I used my points and did not pay for this stay .This was one of the worst hotels in the Hilton family that we’ve stayed at. It’s time for a serious update!
