Would not stay again, and would not recommend never seen a vacuum on a cleaning cart and never heard one there 4 days

The floor was not vacuumed, I made coffee in the morning, and when I went to clean it out after I drank my coffee, there was an extra filter in there that was not removed and I did not see it when I made my coffee, I told the front desk and all they said is oh sorry. My dog was in heat so she wore a diaper the whole time I was there in and out of the elevator they said that my dog Peed on the floor and handed me a rag for me to clean it up which I had no problem, but my dog did not P there was three other dogs on the same floor that I was one across the hall, which I even have a video to prove that there was a dog in that wrong and the lady at the front desk said that there was no other dogs on the fourth floor. I was on the fourth floor in a handicap room where the dog. No I would not recommend and I would not stay again. They state that they do not playing drums until you check out or every seven days I seen housekeeping, cleaning rooms never heard or seen a vacuum cleaner on the carts I was there for days. I videotape my room as I was leaving under the bed the walls everything I did not trust them for charging me for something that I did not do or my dog.

Clean but in need of maintenance

Staff was friendly and room was clean but in need of major maintenance. Large crack in wall by window, thermostat did not work (thank goodness the window was able to be cracked open), TV did not work and phone did not work. To get assistance from front desk we needed to go down to lobby to ask for help (no fun when you are on the 4th floor and room farthest from elevator).

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I had a confirmed reservation for it to bed queen room. When I arrived at the hotel I was assigned a room by a clerk. When I went to the room it was a one bed queen room. Matt when I ordered. Went back to the front desk and the clerk told me that Matt the hotel manager gave my room to a friend of his at 2 PM. He did this knowing he couldn’t fill my confirmation for two queen room. The front desk clerk told me that he emailed me about the problem. I complained again and said I want a two Queen room. Didn’t have any. Give them the keys back to the one bed queen room. I asked to have the day manager call me. He called and left me a voicemail complaining to me that I yelled and cussed at the front office clerk. I never did that. I was charged for it 2 bed queen room and they gave me one bed room which was a lower price also. Didn’t even change the price to be correct for the room he gave me. I told him make sure I get a credit back for that charge. I didn’t get a credit back they kept my money. Never go there, the Room was also dirty.

The staff is very friendly and helpful but the rooms are a bit aged and dirty. Fingerprints on the kitchen cabinets and old dirt on baseboards. We had to move rooms because of ants and both rooms had a deodorizer smell - We had no trouble changing rooms. The location is fantastic!

Great Staff, Great place to stay

We were here for 3 months for work. All of the staff were great, helpful, and very accommodating to make our stay very enjoyable. Felt very welcome while there, very clean facility, and would definitely go back when in the area! Rooms are clean. The lobby is always clean, smells nice, and beautifully decorated for holidays/seasons.
