Hotel muito limpo, confortável e bastante silencioso. O café da manhã dos hotéis Comfort, são sempre muito bons para mim, pois tem os wafles feitos na hora, que a gente mesmo faz. O único problema, foi que a internet não funcionou. Fomos ao Hall do hotel para ver se a internet pegava na área comum, e não tivemos sucesso. O pessoal que trabalha no hotel, não conseguiu resolver o problema.

Disrespectful and Horrible Hotel

Comfort Inn just did one of the ugliest things I have ever had happen by an "inn". My 19 year-old daughter was traveling from Chicago and we checked ahead for their check-in age limit and were told it was 18. Turns out we were misinformed - it is 21 years old. However, rather than being humane and decent and allowing an exception, they turned a 19 year-old girl away at 830p at night -- with no other place for her to stay. What's more - they CALLED THE POLICE on her when I got on the phone and asked them to speak with a manager -- and informed them of the likely liability if anything happened to my daughter as a result of them refusing her a room The front desk person Caroline could not reach either a manager or a GM (and refused to tell me the manager's full name). It's disgusting to do that a 19-year old girl. And for WHAT? Turn away a child because a "policy" with no articulable basis? Under the law, a 19 year-old is as liable as 21-year old. Deplorable.

Good location, close to the University. Clean, comfortable room with refrigerator, but no microwave. Attentive, friendly, capable, staff, both front desk & housekeeping. Convenient included breakfast. Competitive rate. Is this 200 characters yet? 😏

The good: The hotel staff were fantastic. The hot breakfast was pretty good. The location is a few minutes away from the university with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The bad: The rooms are old. Mildew in the bathroom. Several doors were cracked and worn. Other guests were awful, awakened multiple times in the middle of the night due to arguing/fighting/cranky baby. The noise was excessive due in part to the walls being paper thin. You could hear every conversation from your neighbors. I don't understand how this hotel is rated so high.

The entire staff is to be commended! Clean, pet-friendly with a large pet yard. We have stayed in Comfort Inns throughout the United States, and this one at Clemson is in the top 2! Thank you to everyone for playing a supportive role in making this hotel one of the best in America.
