Aryan was so accommodating as our party of 4 came in from having a delayed fight and missed our connection. He made certain to make us feel as comfortable as possible. He informed us of all the details to catch our shuttle back to the airport as promptly as possible as it does get backed up. The room was cozy and our stay was extremely pleasant due to Aryans customer service.

Got Canceled but Aryan saved the day

Aryan was so accommodating after we had a long day of delayed flights! We had been in the airport all day trying to wait for the final time our flight was going to leave and ended up missing our flight out of Atlanta. Aryan got all 4 of us in a very spacious room. It was clean and comfortable.

Avoid if traveling to or from airport at all costs

Especially avoid if traveling to ATL internationally. After getting to only hotel shuttle pick up location we had to wait for over an hour and 10 minutes before we paid one of their competitors shuttles to take us to the hotel. After arrival the hotels shuttle pulled in behind us with a load of people… not coming from the airport. When attempting to provide feedback to the front desk was met with, “well we contract that out” and “the driver is new”. We had attempted to call several times and inquire as to the correct pickup location and timing due to on going construction. At no point did staff attempt to provide any assistance or help. Completely unprofessional, zero regard for brand representation and zero effort to assist guests.

A place to leave you car while you travel

We stayed here because it provided free parking while we were away. However, I wouldn't do it again. There is no breakfast, the first van was full and we had to wait for another on the day of departure. There was no pick up at the international side of the airport when we returned and we had to pay $25 for a taxi to get back to the hotel. The furniture is very uncomfortable. (I have never before seen a chair I really couldn't sit up straight in.)

Room was nothing special.it appeared clean. The checking in Staff was unfriendly and matter of fact with no assistance. Can’t believe they charged $12 to park in their parking lot while paying to stay in the hotel.
