Quartos muito bons, o café da manhã sem muita variedade e internet disponibilizada não funciona corretamente. Recomendo o Hotel, fica a mais ou menos 30 min de Memphis, perto de shopping e restaurantes. Ainda é possível correr nas ruas, calçadas disponiveis na proximidade.

They need to adjust their common area cleaning practices and schedule

We were there Saturday the room was fine but..... when we went to the breakfast area there is a person cleaning the lobby with a large dust mop while people were eating! He would mop a little then shake it out and shake it out all over the lobby area instead of vacuuming or sweeping it up, it was gross. No one said anything from the staff then he proceeds to pull in a nasty mat from the outside and put it in the foyer where the automatic doors are this needs to be addressed this is gross! Can hampton not Adjust the cleaning schedule away from breakfast time and afford a decent hard surface vacuum and clean mats and a power washer? Do hotels not understand that 1st impressions is the one that sticks?

We enjoyed our 1 night stay here. The Staff was friendly, our room was very clean, the Breakfast was amazing, with so many choices, Hot Coffee was always available. Will definitely stay here again, the next time we’re in town for a visit.

We chose a hotel down the street. After driving 13 hours, we stopped for the night. We went to our room and it was awful. So we called the Hampton Inn and spoke with Mary. She was so kind and accommodating! She made room for us and our 4 night stay. Thank you so much, Mary! We will always stay here on our future visits!

The main reason I like this hotel is the staff. I travel every week for business, the front desk staff at Hampton Inn Collierville are the nicest I’ve ever met. Lisa is outstanding. Thank you very much.
