From other Extended Stay's around the area, I would have to say this particular location outshines & outdoes themselves in everything. As soon as you walk into the lobby, the cleanliness is outstanding. The check-in process was so smooth, not just the payment and collecting your receipt & keys, But like Both General Manager Terrance, GSA2 Jason, & The On-Site Manager Alysha gives you the run down and expectations of what you can expect from them and in vice vera what they expect from you. Very helpful in explaining for example the Laundry Services and how to get the app. For my particular situation I booked the last room but there was a couple minor things that were placed in the notes but instead of turning myself and my family away, they went ahead and checked us in and the following day the minor basic issues was corrected with quickness and efficiency. Let's say you need to be here longer than 28 day's the renewal process is quick and efficient (Room Swap Happens but that a City Ordinance Policy not the Hotels) We go through thing's or maybe between places or whatnot, this location would be where you would want to go, between the deals and the pricing per week compare to the Extended Stay of America they strive to keep it under 500 per week which between the Average Rent Prices & Basic Utility Cost in this area, that a steal. The Staff goes out the way to help, if you got children with you, they make sure to via camera ensure their saftey & well-being are priority and does not allow people conduct themselves silly or smoke around them. If there anything you need or even if you wanted some time to talk to someone they don't mind the conversation / going there way to help Location itself compare to others in more of the "upbeat to say the least" is peaceful and relaxing. Within a 5 - 15 Drive there everything that you could need or want (Gas, Grocery, Shopping). Overall, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ That is my rating, from the respect and helpfulness, pricing, location, and general atmosphere, and the quickness to resolve issues minor / small if you need a "Extended Stay" come here

Terrance, Alysha, and Jason where very helpfull. Whenever I asked them a quention they answer with profession respect. I would defifaly stay there agian. Enjoy my time at Woodspring Suties, Columbus North i-270

Horrible experience, no towels or toilet paper in the room, and the fire alarm kept going off and we had to go outside until the fire department left. I left in the morning more tiredvthsn when I arrived, and thoroughly disgusted with the entire experience.

Demetrius Williams is the best he will always find away to make you feel welcomed. He makes his guests feel like family a friend just by saying have a blessed day or a great day ☺️ he is awesome if the world had more people like him the world would be a bett3r place

Not what I expected

The hotel room was not clean. We saw a roach. We were paid up for 10 days for 2 rooms on our 8th day we found out one of rooms was listed as "do not rent" so we had to move to another room. The new room was descent at least the microwave worked and shower was cleaner. Don't expect any amenities other than on-site laundry room. Wow. We still haven't received our refund. We checked out a day early.
