Great location and CLEAN!
Enjoyed my stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites. Everyone was polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value too. Located near the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Plenty of restaurants nearby and several just a short walk away.
Over all a great deal and a good place to stay.
The lady who checked us in at 6:00p was efficient and polite. The hotel, and especially our room, were very clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The bed was too soft for my husband, but I slept fine. The in-room refrigerator motor was very quiet. We suggest a hook be installed on the inside of the bathroom door to hold the towel close to the shower. We checked out at 7:00 the next morning and the same lady was at the front desk. Seems the staff was one person short so she was working more than usual. Still, she was cheerful and kind. I thanked her for putting us in a room on the top floor and on the quiet side of the hotel. The breakfast was average. Nonetheless, I would stay there again.
Excellent Experience, Great Location, Unbeatable Price
This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even let us check in much earlier than check-in time. Our room was very clean and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! The complimentary breakfast was very tasty, and the other areas of the hotel were very clean and accommodating. The hotel is located in within the center of the Concord Mills area, so there’s always something to do and a place to eat nearby. Uptown Charlotte is also just a 20 minute drive away. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a clean, accommodating, and affordable stay in the heart of Charlotte/Concord!
Average...Barely
The good - Front desk attendant Jamika is a star! Very courteous and professional, going above and beyond to correct a billing error. The bad - Upon arrival to room 135, part of the door security latch fell off in my hand. The bedroom window was unlocked (1st floor). The "Charlotte Traveler" book in the bedside table is covered in what I am hoping is only spilled soda. Several of the television channels had "No signal". The refrigerator made a loud popping noise every couple of hours making sleep a challenge. The toilet base was loose on the floor and the toilet seat was also loose. The top of the shower surround has mold growing in the caulk. Breakfast was a disappointing mix of freezer burnt sausage patties, processed eggs and an attendant with an I don't care attitude. Management needs to tighten up in several areas.
Fine for an overnight stay
Stayed for one night to attend concert at the PNC Pavillion. The hotel does not provide a shuttle but there were 2 shuttle providers there offering a ride for a hefty fee. Front desk person was very nice and welcoming. Room had everything we needed. Most important - it was clean. Only complaint would be that the room had a musty smell. Breakfast had many options including eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, cereal, pastries, waffles, etc. Within walking distance of places to eat and very close to a large mall, Concord Mills, and race track.
