Hotel bom, usaria novamente
Passei apenas uma noite no hotel. Ele não tem nada que se destaque, porém nada que o denigra. Todo final de tarde são oferecidos cookies aos hóspedes, o que foi uma coisa legal pois cheguei com fome para meu check-in. O caf e da manhã incluso tem várias opções, tanto de comidas quentes quanto frias.
Clean Easy and Friendly
My family and I stayed here while in Conroe for a softball tournament. The location was great. The check in process was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Needs Attention to Detail
Rarely write negative reviews, but important to share so other travelers don’t get impacted. Stayed one evening and called front desk after checking in to get early morning wake up call. Needless to say, never did receive the call. When I very politely mentioned it to front desk person, she shrugged and asked if I scheduled the call for wrong day...seriously? Will give hotel credit for having main coffee station in lobby available, but they should reopen the waffle maker during the breakfast buffet as well. Hopefully management reads this and addresses these items. Hampton Inn is our go-to hotel...great stays for reasonable prices. Just that this one needs better attention to detail.
Houston bound
Was a last minute decision and was not disappointed with my choice. Was super quick and easy to check in, real friendly guy at the desk. Room was nice and slept like a baby real quite. Breakfast was really nice with hot sandwiches despite the whole stupid covid-19 thing. Would stay again for sure.
Good
It's a Hampton so it's a pretty safe bet that it's nice...and it is. Clean, friendly staff, and located next to shopping and restaurants. My only issue was that there is no hair dryer in the room. Other than that, it was nice.
