Totally sold out (no other rooms available) weekend (local football game) and room had no water to either the shower or toilet. The sink worked. When management was contacted, I was told to wait five days for the manager to get back to me. No call, so I called again. Told that "missed manager by 10 minutes." and then was told the toilet and shower worked just fine. Yeah, right. Carpet was gross feeling. Room refrigerator froze everything. Burn marks on furniture and carpet. Linens had unclean looking spots. Cost $200 for two nights. Rip off

I know you get what you pay for but that does not mean that guests should be taken advantage of! Immediately upon entering the room it smelled of cigarettes and must, the walls had smear marks of what could be food/blood/dirt, the bedding had burn marks/cigarette holes & stains, I decided to take a shower being I have been traveling all day with my family and the towel I went to go use to dry myself off was DIRTY & contained hair, and of course the restroom was horrible! There was pee already in the toilet, the mirror had splatter all over it from toothpaste, the shower wall had hairs all over it, the sink would not drain, the toilet had dust/hair/etc all over it. When my father had called the lobby to ask for a new remote (prior to knowing of my towel incident) because ours was not working we then decided to complain when my father told the man who came to the door what had happened to me with the towel he LAUGHED!!! And proceeded to say “No refunds!”....HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! Covid is a very serious issue right now & if my family or I end up getting sick we’ll know exactly where from & who to go after!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Spend the extra money and go to other surrounding hotels/motels!!!

Looked on line to find a motel and saw they had carpet in the rooms. And decent size for a couple. But after checkin we noticed that the rooms are not carpeted and very very small for the ridiculous price of 71.00 and to top it off the bed felt like I was sleeping on concrete and no desk to sit at but they did have a tottoler table to sit at that was barley big enough for a laptop and having to bend almost in half to use it. Very sad how they lie to you and post pictures on the web would not recommend to anyone and motel 7 you people should be ashamed of yourselves how do you people sleep at night quit lying and tell the truth about your POS your trying to sucker people into.

Room was clean yet felt dirty. Walls need painted..horribly, nail holes need filled everywhere. Carpets need steam cleaned. Whole place needs renovated. Shower head leaked. Room was $57/nt, worth $20.

Good sleep in hotel, nice bed. Super 7 motel spelt hotel wrong, it’s spelt with h not m but it’s okay, they’ll get it right next time. Wasn’t happy with the lamp, far too bright for my liking. Other than that good stay well done hotel spelt wrong. Also everyone was driving on the wrong side of the road but oh well maybe they are just confusion.
