Stayed for a couple of days for business in Lochgilphead. Cosy, clean, made to feel very welcome. The room was very clean, it felt like staying in someone's house. Breakfast was superb, very helpful owners, always on hand to assist. Would stay again!

Looking back over the years, I remember staying at The Corran for a long time, whilst I was working for Argyll & Bute Council. A marvellous place, homely, friendly, clean, relaxed and comfortable. Breakfasts were !!!, view through the window, overlooking the Loch. Evenings were good, with walks up and down the Crinan canal. Heather was the owner at the time, and I remember Starlet the spaniel. Now, in my retirement, I’m looking to revist for a holiday.

Wanted to explore local area and found this place online. Arrived, the guy knew who we were, where we'd come from and how long we were there for. Room spotless, good bed and supplied with tea and coffee. Bathroom spotless and supplied with mega fluffy towels. Breakfast was excellent and the view was stunning Guy who runs the place, Jamie, could not have done more throughout plus was willing to help advise tourists on where to go and what to see. Would recommend this wee hotel/B&B to anybody wanting to go see Mid-Argyll

A short visit for a family wedding saw us at The Corran - what a find! A warm welcome from the host, Jamie who helped with the luggage and answered all our questions about the locality. The rooms were clean and in very good order. Jamie cooked an excellent breakfast to order If you are in this part of West Scotland stay there - you will not regret it

Easy to find, 5 minute walk from the Heart of Lochgilphead, plenty of off street parking. Friendly, informative welcome from mine host. Great sized, well appointed room (3) with great views. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. Wifi connection good. Choice of cooked or cold buffet breakfast including toast & selection of jambos. Good coffee. Highly recommend.
