We called the front desk and asked for extra towels. They advised us to try to find housekeeping in the hallway which there was no one in the hallway. They then advised that we would need to come get them. The service alone at this place will make us never visit again!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, rooms are very comfortable, good breakfast selection and ample parking. The front staff was excellent…very friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered was super nice. The exit does not have much a few hotels, gas stations, McDonalds and a TexMex restaurant. You are very close to the University and to numerous restaurants..about 10-15 minute drive. The hotel is conveniently located right off interstate but you could not hear the interstate…hotel is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if traveling in this area.

Checked In on Wednesday afternoon 8/31, I was very impressed with the appearance of the hotel very nicely decorated and brand new property with Tesla Chargers available, how nice. Rooms are extremely nice and new, This hotel is brand spanking new. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at this year. The room has Brand new TVs with great sound and picture wish mine at home was like that, lol. Wifi here is pretty good, Rooms have no flaws spotless, as if the hotel opened yesterday. The Bathrooms are nice here and have good water pressure. Their Breakfast is very great lots of choices like buiscuts and gravy, and pancakes. Great Milk here too, Sealtest. The Breakfast Staff are nice and do a great job. The hotel staff is very friendly. I did get to go to the pool which is very nice with a private bathroom on deck. Pool was very clean, and hotel has a fitness center. I would recommend this hotel for travelers to Tuscaloosa, so much nicer than the other HIExpress near the mall.

Hotel seems new…. Everything smells so nice, clean & new. Front desk staff were lovely. Very accommodating & welcoming. Would Definitely stay here again when driving thru. The rooms are nice sized, beds & pillows comfy as well. Bathroom has a nice, Big walk in shower. The room was very clean as well.

We stayed one night at this fabulous hotel. Very clean, welcoming staff, fairly new hotel. Bought take out food and sat out on the patio to eat. Bed was comfortable. Easy on and off I-20. Can't find anything negative to say. Would definitely stay here again.
