Awsome staff and accommodations. This hotel provided everything to make the stay as if being at home. Warm and inviting and friendly service. Keep up the great work. You all are awsome and so nice. Breakfast full and plenty.

I cannot say enough positive about the Whitten Inn Cotulla. Maria and everyone on the staff are so very welcoming, accommodating and helpful! And the rooms are always clean and comfy! We stay at Whitten Inn Cotulla every time we are in the area.

It was a great pleasure to stay here and knowing you all. The hospitality was at it's "FINEST". Happy Holidays and thanks for a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back!!! I hope that everyone who reads this must stop by and stay at the Whitten Inn Cotulla and enjoy their morning hot fresh breakfast, and in the evenings their happy hour. It's a great place to stay. ok folks; how do you judge the quality of lodging? It depends on the level of your prior experience as a traveler. Those of you who have followed my reviews know that I am an experienced world traveler and I usually go "Top Drawer" whever I stay. Now if I judge the Best Western Cowboy Inn by the standards of the George V in Paris, well you know how that will turn out. So; lets consider place, south of San Antonio to the border. In that region all lodging will be on a par with Best Western. That said, Best Western is on par with most major lodging chains in the area. That's why the average review. The staff was friendly and polite and most importantly, willing to go out of their way to help. The room was average and on par with most other chain lodging in the region. The room was clean and since it was an overnight stay I did not get to judge the quality of house keeping. My final verdict; average, friendly, helpful and no complaints for lodging in this region.

This Motel fit our needs. Comfy and very clean. Staff was great and the breakfast was all we needed to be satisfied and on our way. We checked in to find a very clean room The bed was comfy and got a good nights rest!
