Excellent place to stay in Melbourne

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, welcoming staff that were so easy to deal with. Just a easy stroll to AAMI Park ( we were there for an event) All the amenities were clean and inviting, rooms were huge, shower was great. Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

We stayed 12 and 13 january for a show at AAMI Park, so close and easy to get to, or any of the other stadium in the area. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. Hotel was easy to get to, good directions and communication from hotel re carpark. Quick and easy check in, room was clean and very spacious. All staff we had contact with were very plesent and helpfull. Definatly recomend this hotel, have booked it again for our next stay in this area

The hotel is very clean, tidy and modern. Staff were friendly. Big comfortable king size beds. Under ground parking available. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. Large living area with extra balcony over looking leafy green park. All with walking distance of Melbourne stadiums!

Was redirected to this establishment when our booked accommodation had to cancel us. Getting into the car park, I was abused by a lady who identified herself as a resident. Traffic noise from Punt Rd was loud all night, even though the windows are double glazed. The apartment was a new fit out. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable but the other furniture is VERY cheap. Fantastic Furniture quality. Lounge is like a board. Cheap TV was not tuned or connected to wi-fi and there was no connection to free to air. Cutlery is new but cheap. Have stayed one night with one to stay. Wish I could move to somewhere more comfortable. Overall, for $275/ night at Richmond, I expect a little better.
