We went to a meeting and ended up buying a timeshare with another couple. They promise that you can use the location as long as you give them two months notice. We gave five months notice and still had to stay at another resort because they could not get us in after trying for five or six months. When we did go back, we had another meeting and they wanted us to give them another $5000 because the contract we signed was only a temporary membership which was not mentioned at all when we first signed up. And maybe if you pay to go there, it could be nice, but do not. I repeat, do not buy anything from the people trying to sell timeshares as everything is a lie. Steven

The people are very rude. Treated with total disrespect. Our time at this location was very uncomfortable. We will never go back. Too many nice places in bucearías and Nuevo vallarta. Food was terrible we left sick. My wife was treated worse then I was. They do not respect women

We booked our trip online and must say all went extremely well and we were treated very kindly by all staff and they exceeded our expectations! We were greeted "home" to the resort with our suite in the Hamptons and it was awesome!The all inclusive food has great variety and very well prepared or entire stay, and the dining setting and experience were extraordinary and the grounds were immaculate! Many pools and ocean front beach with many free water activities awaiting! An awesome lighthouse is being constructed with marina and more features coming, and one of the older swimming pools with swim up bar was being updated. The staff booked us a fishing trip with Fishing are Us during busy season and got us a very knowledgeable guide who got us out for a great successful day catching Dorado and Roosterfish! 2 different resort employees offered to take us on wonderful tours which were better than you could possibly hire and now we know the area quite well. We loved our stay at Vallarta Gardens and now feel like family and will return!

This place is a scam they took our &300 and ran we could not travel due to covid. was promised my money back as long as we didn't make a Reservation Big LIE our trip expired never received our money back and they were very rude saying nothing could be done our trip is expired .Stay Away Lesson Learned

We bought into this scam! Their promises were all lies. Now in order to keep our $5000.00 investment we have to pay an HOA fee of $895.00, plus a $149.00 for renewal of our contract! They told us that is 8-10 months we would receive about $4000.00 reimbursement from our investment because people will rent our room. Well that didn't happen. I called to make a reservation and they told me after we stay and pay the additional cost I would receive $1000 back in a couple of weeks. NOW am I to believe this? I don't think so, especially in my contract it says nothing about paying an HOA fee! At least not an amount of $895.00! This scam is just a money maker! I would strongly urge anyone to stay clear of these people!
