Booked a suite for 7 nights for four guests. We had a fifth guest join our party at the last minute. The hotel charged an additional 350 per night for the fifth guest. No problem, this is understandable. The fifth guest checked out after 5 nights. A refund was requested from the hotel for the additional two nights. Staff informed that a refund would take four to six months because a debit card was used for payment. When I requested to speak with a manager to resolve the problem or at least get an explanation for such an absurd policy he refused to meet with me or offer and explanation. Customer service is clearly not a priority of this hotel. There are many other hotels similar to this one in the Santa Fe area who I am sure would be more accommodating to their customers.

Andrea Flores and her team did a phenomenal job in helping us reach our needs with location and price. Out house was damaged due to a storm and Andrea and her team help us find the perfect room and location.

Nice hotel.. Services re good and the facilities also.. small kitchen but big tv room and room... I do not recommend the breakfast. Very basic stuff.. but there is a starbucks nearby.. But wacht out for the taxi drivers that are on front of the hotel. If you planning to go for the piramides, prefer other options. If the drivers are luciano or ivan, do not get in. bad trip

Stayed here for a month and if you need a kitchen and your business is in Senta fe then this is the place.
For some fun and shopping biggest mall is just at walking distance.
Crockery, fridge, washing machine everything is present.
Very disgustine hotel, rob me for one more night cost because of their own mistake!

Because of business reason, I stayed in this hotel twice, and my experience is totally not recommendable. My last stay even make me feel disgustine about this hotel and their staffs.
The thing is they always ask for payment in advance not at checkout. When I made my last payment, I told them I am gonna checkout one day ealier than previous planned. But they still charged me one more day according to the previous booking. I also did not checked the days they charged. When I check out, they told me to leave the credit card information and the reason why I checkout earlier and promise they will refund me later, but that did not happen.
Later they said they cannot refund me the day because I did not tell them 72 hours before. And they don't admit it is their fault. I and my friends asked serveral times and we want to talk with their manager, they even don't dare to allow us to talk with their manager, everytime they say their manager is not there....I am tired arguing with them.
Besides this, the hotel is not recommended also because the following:
1. The reception's behaviour is not friendly, when I just arrived and wait for checkin, they just pretend to not see the guest and just do their thing. I stand their waiting for more than 5 minutes before they talk to me. Make you feel like your're not a customer, they are.
2. Most of the room is very noisy because it is very close to the highway, you can barelly sleep well during the night. And I asked serveral time to change the room, but unfortunately still the same noisy.
3. The room is always cold even you put the air conditioning on.
4. The internet is a disastor, every time you have connection but you cannot visit anywhere, I have to restart the router a lot of times.
5. The price is not competitive compare with the hotel CONTINETAL which is just ten minutes aways, I would like to choose a real HOTEL not this so called suites.
I would suggest that you think about the above experience which I had during the stay. And not only me, but a lot of my collgues have the same feeling. If the manager can see this comments, I would like to suggest that you should really MANAGE your workers and the hotel.
