bem bacaninha

No Good

Family of six stayed here 12/15/22 for one of the High school State Championship. Carpet stains, bad side of town, breakfast wasn't good at all. Literally had prostitutes running tricks all night. People out there asking for money in the parking lot. Didn’t feel safe with my car being out there but what can you do. The toilet had broke on 1st use(the flush handle).

This place is horrible

This hotel has prostitutes walking around in, the worst part of the experience was the rooms they stunk and the AC didn't work in our room. The reservationist didn't speak good English so he was hard to understand. He told me the manager would give me a refund if I called the next day I called and was told the manager wouldn't be in until 3 that he would call me back( never got a call back). Called the next day was told the manager said no and I probably needed to talk to him at 330. This is a horrible way to do business. The reservationist was more worried about his phone call and walking the dog than anything. Even ask me to unclip the dogs leash

Horrible weekend

Room #304. Visiting Dallas for State Fair. Pre-paid for a suite and still asked for $200 deposit. Carpet had large stain like someone had been killed there. Couch had numerous stains. Coffee maker did not work, had to take it down to get another one. Iron did not work, had to ask housekeeper for another one. Went out for dinner and hookers (ladies off the night) roaming the hallways. Only one handicap parking. I can't believe Wyndam Hotels would put their name to this hotel. Ponly had 1 elevator working and upon checking out no elevators working. My spouse is a vietnam war veteran with COPD, congestive heart failure and this place met no ADA requirements that weekend. Needs to be torn down. And to this day, after an email, no word from La Quinta hotels or Wyndam Hotels...Stay Away..
