Most unprofessional incompetent staff in the world! I arrived at 10:30 PM on Saturday, 5 people behind the desk and no one had any idea of what to do. They over charged my credit card by $18 and I’ve been calling for 4 days and no one knows what’s going on!

Barely Better than Super 8, but keep looking

Staff does not wear any kind of uniform or name tag and was found playing slot games in the lobby instead of actually working upon arrival. Property is in need of renovation. They have a sign limiting guests to 1 waffle and the butter was not in single serve form. Nobody was attending the breakfast. The water smells coming out of the shower. Our bed made was worn out and squeeky. You have to go to front desk to ask for a remote control for the 32 inch 0nn roku tv that has sd cable channels and about 5 local hd channels. They need to improve the lighting in the parking lot since there is barely any lighting.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you are looking for the dirtiest rooms and bugs. This place reminds me of a place that rents rooms by the hour and that is EXACTLY the kind of people gathered outside and around this place! I never write reviews but had to for this experience. Not only were there stains on the tops of the comforters but also on the sheets. The chair in the rooms has black wear spots and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks! The hotel staff is rude and very unprofessional. My son and I were driving back from a business trip and stopped in to see if they had any available rooms. The first room we were given we never even opened the door because the room next to this one was having sex and screaming out sexual "comments". There was also a Bhaskar party going on a couple rooms down. So back to the desk we went for a new room. After being given another room we went in to find stains, bugs, dirty furniture everywhere. So back to the desk we went where another "couple" was checking into our last room. I waited for them to head to the room before telling the clerk what condition that room was in. The "couple" left their receipt on the counter and I was able to see the clerk charged them less than half ($107) of what she charged us ($220) for the exact same room! When I told her we would not be staying she could just refund my card the money. At the time she agreed. 8 days later the charge is still on my card. I then called the hotel thinking it would be easier to get them to refund the money rather that disputing it with my cc company. The clerk that answered the phone told me it was their policy that once you check in that they won't refund your money. I then told her that we never stayed in the room and she told me it didn't matter because we were given a key. She informed me she would have the manager give me a call after she was off the phone with 3 credit card companies. She did call me back and said the clerk had me marked as a no-show and I explained to her that had been a walk in. She said she would call the clerk and call me back. Still haven't heard back from the manager yet. Let me just say I'm a 45 year old man with 3 grown boys and we are all in the construction field. I am by no means picky where I stay. We continued our search for a hotel but everything within an 2 hour radius was booked because of the local fair going on. I ended up sleeping in the car at a truck stop which was better than this room! Still haven't received a refund and let me say this again, this WAS NOT an online booking yet I was marked as a no-show! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Don't Do It

As we approached my stomach began to sink. The property looks like it's on its way out. Well actually, it is out. We decided we'd check in and at least look at the room. As we walked in, I told my husband it looked like people lived there. In the 15 mins we were there, we saw evidence of that. Anyway, just go elsewhere. The front staff was kind and the gentleman didn't give us any hassle when we left. We ended up going back to Selingsgrove (Fairfield Bonvoy), which was more, but well worth it. I usually take pictures, but I felt kinda bad for them. You're gonna have to take my word on it.

my experience with the Quality Inn chain was not so bad until now. this hotel is a shambles. it is run down, the rooms were not clean and the water stinks! I had a shower upon arriving and the tub started to fill up and I found a hairball the size of a golf ball in the drain. the water smells like an ashtray that's been left in the rain. as the hotel no longer provides breakfast (not mentioned when booking) we bought some supplies from the local store and I assumed the hotel would be able to fix us up with some cutlery etc to use. nope. they had no spoons and for a blade we had to use a takeout paper box. if I could rate this hotel lower I would. terrible.
