Nice hotel in Daqing
Price is fair and personnel is very efficient. Impressed by the check out efficiency. Room was ok, not exceptional. Swimming pool is nice. Personnel efficient and kind, even if not really speed. Restaurant is a good place for business discussion
I would undoubtedly give zero stars if I could. Booked my room via Marriott Bonboy for a non smoking room. I was assigned to a smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke when I checked in. The air conditioner was not working even after two technicians tried to repair it. Room temperature stayed at 24.5 degrees. The technician even resorted to leaving the window open in the middle of a thunderstorm because of how hot it was in the room. There was a power outage at 9:48pm while I was in the middle of taking a shower, forcing me to finish in total darkness. After turning on my cellphone’s flash light, I saw that the water in the bathtub was a putrid and ghastly yellow color when I was trying to wash my clothes. I showered myself just moments ago with that same dirty water!!! I tried to talk to the hotel management and left my phone number but there were no returning phone calls. Be aware.
Great hotel - poor service
The hotel is situated next to the mall with easy access to the mall. The lobby is great with a grand atmosphere. There is a buffet restaurant which have a nice dinner buffet with Chinese and western choices. It’s the same restaurant for breakfast. I had a nice room and the temperature was 28 degree Celsius in the room, which is very warm on a cold day. I tried to adjust the temperature with no result. I asked the hotel twice to kindly get the temperature on a reasonable level, without any result and no offer for another room. At check out the manager apologized, this is not enough to explain the lack of service. I don’t think this can be blamed on communication, is was lack of proper services. We moved to another hotel based on this experience.
Nice proper hotel
Nice proper hotel good located near a shopping mall and several restaurants near by. Clean , fresh hotel.The rooms and bath room are clean and spacious. The staff was quite friendly. Missed bigger variability of english chanels on TV. Big Breakfast available European or Chinese style. Unstable WI-FI not so fast.

Hotel at the highest level! The rooms have everything you need! Here I stayed only for one day, but the impressions were only pleasant! Kind service staff, a fine restaurant in which you can try all that is to your taste, any dish, several options for wine and other alcohol! A huge living room for a great time! In general, only positive reviews about this hotel!
