A gem of an Inn with good service and comfort

This is a gem of a place and whenever I am in Devon or Cornwall I try to swing by for at least a night. Friendly staff - thanks to Hannah and the team - great service, cozy rooms with tons of atmosphere and spotlessly clean and a good breakfast!

Comfortable room with all amenities provided, the customer service was absolutely outstanding and the food was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Dartmouth. The log fire also added an extra special touch!

The perfect pet friendly retreat - fantastic room, food and service. We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 small dogs. The breakfast was delicious - even a sausage bowl for the woofs!!! Beautiful room with view over the estuary. Couldn’t fault!

Outstanding service, beautiful place to stay. The food was excellent as well. We were travelling as a couple with a dog and were made to feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this quirky accommodation to anyone. We will be back .

A fabulous old building housing a great hotel and restaurant.

A fabulous old building in the heart of old Dartmouth - the second-oldest building in town! The hotel is quirky with several rooms on different floors. They are each a bit different and have all that you need in terms of facilities. The hotel is quiet and despite being over a restaurant it does not cause any issues with falling asleep! A delightful place well worth a thought if you are heading that way.
