What we liked: 1. Nice location - walk to Bankerohan fruit market, Roxas night market, stores and food shop, 20 mins from airport and malls, accessible to taxi cabs and jeepney and tricycle 2. For its price, it was clean comfortable and our stay was smooth. 3. Staff were easy to communicate with online and in person. To improve: 1. AC takes some time to cool 2. No toothbrush , hairdryer, coffee making set and other basic room amenities 3. Staff took time to assist with bags and other simple requests 4. No phone and no elevator 5. No bidet 6. Weak wifi

I had an excellent 3 nights stay there but there are two things make me upset a little bit. First, they don't have elevator/lift and I was assigned at the 3rd floor. So, I don't have choice but to use stairs. Secondly, the terrible WIFI. The internet was working only the first night bit on the second night until the third day of my check out, it was not working. I hope you will inform yor guest of what is happening on your internet connection. I hope you will fix the problems so that the guest will be more satisfied.

Budget price for a clean and comfortable accommodation. Looks newly renovated with all amenities like TV, aircond, hot water shower working well. Toiletries provided and bottled drinking water. Room cleaned daily. Staff able to communicate in good English. Location is right smack in town and near to McD, 7-11, restaurants, San Pedro Cathedral & entertainment establishments. Also along busy jeepney route, so if u r adventurous u can travel anywhere. Just download the Davao Jeepney app for guidance. Cost of regular taxi from airport is P240. Service is beyond expectation and am sure that I will be back.

Very nice cheap hotel in Davao downtown near San Pedro street and Cathedral Helpful friendly staff. I feel welcome. Laundry service I stay in many hotels in Mindanao, cheap like this but also more expensive hotels but this is first time a get a fresh newspaper under door to my room in morning. A nice surprise This small hotel maybe is the best you can find if you travel with low budget.

Stayed in a twin sharing room. The air conditioning unit is working well. The lamps are dusty. The staff are really nice especially the bellboy, Bogs Your request is accommodated. Near Bankerohan Market so you can buy your food there. Near Davao Doctors Hospital.
