The whole hotel was extremely clean. The price was great. The breakfast was adequate, but not as good as other chain hotels in the same price range. Room was quiet and made for a restful sleep. One of our rooms were not available at 4 pm, but they had been completely booked the weekend and like many were understaffed. We went to downtown Denison, and the staff sent a text when the room was ready. Nice stay.

Nice hotel. Staff are pleasant and doing what they are told. Breakfast was satisfactory and filling. The pool was not open. Biggest concern was I stayed nine nights and they only serviced my room twice. I had to take my towels and/or bed sheets down to get clean ones. No extra toiletries. I was not prepared , so bring you own.

When we arrived around 5:00 pm, we waited over 10 minutes before anyone appeared to check us in. This is when we learned the pool was not open due to maintenance issues. Since we brought our swimsuits and a bottle of wine, we were disappointed. Once we were checked in, we found the room to be clean and well maintained. At 1:00 am we were awakened by the smoke/fire alarm in our room. About the time we picked up the phone to call the front desk, it stopped. So we were wide awake, struggling to get any sleep due to the alarm and the very noisy ac unit. The alarm went off again that morning while I was in the shower. (I guess I should be thankful it went off earlier and stopped or I could have been running down the halls in a bath towel in fear of the building being on fire.) I called the front desk after my shower and explain our very unpleasant night. I spoke to Stormy, who basically told me there was nothing she could do to compensate for our sleepless night. To top off our stay, at 9:30 am, we had no water. I talked to Stormy again. I bet you can guess her reply??? Based on our customer service, I cannot and would not recommend this hotel.

The staff and service at this hotel were outstanding! We were greeted with a smile and a friendly comment every time through the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. I will visit again down the road.

Nice Hotel for your money and to stay overnight

Nice hotel for the weekend. There are a few places in close driving distance to eat. The hotel does offer breakfast but there wasn’t much available. It was all grab and go type items so we went somewhere else to grab hot food.
