You get what you pay for. It’s definitely a budget place but it’s really close to the ferries and the breakfast is good. The reception and breakfast is at another close by hotel and the staff are great! Very friendly, helpful and good at English. The room itself is not great. There’s a terrible smell from the drain in the bathroom and the bathroom itself isn’t very clean. The WiFi is unreliable and comes and goes every twenty second which is really frustrating. The air con is loud and not very efficient. But for a night it’s okey, I would recommend you to stay here if you’re going the nusa islands the day after.

Stayed here for 1 night before getting the boat to lembongan. Rooms are basic (no fridge) but comfortable and clean. The location is great, easy access to the harbor and enough warungs nearby to choose from A good budget option for a short stay

Most of the bad reviews are from 2018 so I reckon the rooms have been repaired. Check-in is at the big hotel further inside but the butler in Jambu Inn was a great guy helping us through ticket booking, money exchanging... The room was clean and neat and cozy with warm lighting. It was quiet and near the pool. Waking up in the morning, we just walked 2 minutes to the boat to Nusa Penida.

Advised the hotel that we will be arriving on a midnight flight to Bali. Very quick and hassle free check in (check-in at adjacent hotel Diwangkara Beach Hotel, owned/managed by same company). Inn style room, simple and clean. Bathroom clean with hot water shower. Breakfast at adjacent hotel (Diwangkara Hotel). Stayed one night since we had to go to the Nusa islands the next day. Wi-Fi available. There was no hot pot (kettle) to boil water though (but if you want to eat instant noodles, there is a 24hr convenience store closeby with hot water for instant noodles). Good place as a base for exploring Nusa islands (daytrips etc). The harbour where boats going to the Nusa islands are 5mins walk from the Inn. Would stay again.

Positives: It is very close to the port 2-3 mins walking, there is a shop that's open 24/7 1 min away walking. We checked in very late, after 12:00 as we had a late flight and there was somebody waiting for us, to tell us to check in into the hotel down the street. A taxi from the airport to here would take around 30 mins and should cost about 150000rph. Spacious room and bathroom. It was perfect for our purpose - to sleep and to take a boat to Nusa. Negatives: It was very very dirty. There were chunks of fried chicken down the corridor to our room with ants eating them, and the guy carrying our luggage walked just through them without even noticing. The sheets were washed but they were so stained, we decided not to take a closer look at them. We understood that the place had a pool from the reviews here after we came back, and it would have been nice to take a quick dip as it was very hot. The bathroom tiles were also dirty covered with soap stains. There was dust on the shelves.
