Best Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced

I have never felt like I was treated like a beloved family member before while staying at a hotel. From check-in to checkout I was treated as if I was highly respected and heard. Andre made sure me and my colleagues we safe and taken care of both in terms of our time in the hotel and finding us deals for activities outside the hotel. My last breakfast buffet (which was always delicious) was made even more special by meeting Miguel. Miguel was so kind and accommodating while helping me get the things I needed. He also went above and beyond by making me and the others I was with a beautiful momento of our fantastic stay in Denver to take with us. I will never forget my amazing experience and I will definitely come back with my entire family again.

Billing Issues w/ Parking and Zero Customer Service

Stayed last night and was going to book online as I already saw rooms available and rates, but figured we would just go inside and book it at the desk being a block away at the time .. I apparently thought wrong as the front desk stated “they don’t take walk in reservations” never heard of a front desk agent not being able to create a reservation in my life and I’ve actually done their same job for many years so this was mind blowing. As I was made to sit in the lobby and book my room myself online before they would help me, I confirmed with the front desk manager on duty that the park and stay rate (which was more than regular rate) included our valet parking (only parking option at this hotel). Surprise when I see another $50 charge for parking on top of the parking package I already paid. I was double charged for parking and this needs to be taken off immediately. I tried to call but no one answers at their front desk. Even when we were in the room and had a few questions I called multiple times and the strong desk refused to answer. Zero customer service at this hotel! I’m not sure how you run a hospitality business with absolutely no “hospitality”!! After a recording directed me from their customer service (since no actual person ever answers) I just had to send an email to their apparent general accounting email to now try to get this $50 off of my card and who knows how long this will take. The lack of service is astounding and frustrating to say the least! Unfortunate as it was a clean and modern stay, think twice before booking.

i booked for a week hear with help and great service from sana me and my friend will always use this hotel with the best and great service provided from sana the rooms are always clean and roomie.....

Sono who checked us in is the type of Hilton employee that represents what customer service is about. She has a delightful personality and only wish that she could be at every Hilton location I visit.

Two night stay

We stayed over for two nights and we loved it. The location was very convenient as we did have a lot of restaurants nearby within a 3 minute walk. The morning complimentary breakfast was a bonus. 10/10 stay for my wife and I.
