To begin with their manager, Narendra Kumar went out of the way in ensuring the stay was very comfortable. Because of his attitude, one overlooked certain problems. The services of Jaiprakash Bajpai deserves to be mentioned. The room was spacious and the house keeping lady Ms Suman Kumari ensured its cleanliness. And she did it with smiling face. So were the smiling staff in the restaurant __ Kalpana, Subhi and Kiran made sure we get good service. Although the chef on thr first day tried to make some good food, the standard was very poor. The soup was excellent. However, a simple dal and vegetable dish was not made well. Overall, the stay was excellent. Would recommend to others.

Book if you want to get cheated by greedy people

Google defines “Hospitality” as “Looking after guests and being friendly and welcoming towards them”. Hotel Imperial Heights, Deoghar is exact opposite of this definition. I booked two rooms in this hotel from 04th January, 2022 to 06th January, 2022 and paid an amount of Rs. 20,000/- through an online booking portal Cleartrip.com. The booking carried a condition that if it was not cancelled 48 hours before the check-in time, the booking will be non-refundable. Due to bad weather conditions at Deoghar, our flights got cancelled on both 04th January as well as on 05th January. I duly informed this unfortunate situation to their reception person namely Mr. Ashutosh and one lady whose name I don’t remember 0n 03rd January as well as on 04th January. I then contacted cleartrip.com for refund of the booking in view of unfortunate situation where I could not stay at the hotel without any fault of mine and requested them to consider my booking as a special case and charge me some cancellation amount and refund me at least some amount. Here I would like to highly appreciate the professional attitude of executives of cleartrip.com. They immediately took my request, asked me for mails from Indigo regarding cancellation due to bad weather and immediately followed up with the hotel regarding cancellation. But here comes absolutely unprofessional, money minded, greedy and cheating kind of attitude of management of Hotel Imperial Heights, Deoghar. They absolutely denied refunding even a single rupee of the complete amount of Rs. 20000/-. Cleartrip executives appraised me regarding the rigid attitude of management of Hotel Imperial Heights, Deoghar and asked me to contact them directly if possible. I did the same and talked to Mr. Ashutosh Gupta (reception executive), Mr. Narendra Shah (Front Office Manager) and Mr. Raju Choudhary (General Manager) over several days and would like to state that they are extremely greedy people. Mr. Narendra Shah is especially arrogant and needs special training in public relations. I requested them that they may charge me GST amount and any percentage of deduction that they desire but not to forfeit the complete amount but they flatly refused. My suggestion to everyone would be to completely avoid booking your trips with this hotel as these people are extremely greedy and unprofessional. Would have given negative stars if possible!

Good small hotel . Do not have proper parking. Nearer to temple. Costlier . Neet and clean. Staff needs some grooming . Panda is attached to hotel . He takes for temple darshan . However not acting as proper guide. If one is paying good amount then panda should take proper care

This hotel is just in front of railway station and near to temple. Rooms are big but bathroom is small. Staff is active and helpful. Their restaurant food is good so try to take breakfast and dinner here. Services are very fast. I recommend this hotel for staying in Deoghar

Friendly staff ,with good food and Great ambience,after all the credit goes to GM Raju choudhary sir , We had a good experience in this hotel with family. We will love to stay again whenever we are in Deoghar next time
