Over Charge for Fake Smoking Policy

Okay stay
Stayed here after an engagement party. The grounds were clean, the location is great and the rooms were clean. I know it’s a pandemic and all but something can be said for the attitudes of service. There isn’t a complimentary breakfast and if you eat fast food there’s plenty within close distance. I would stay again just to have a safe place to lay my head.
Recurrent Ilegal Activity at this Delightfully, Disgusting Hotel
Words cannot describe the unbelievable illegal activity occurring at this hotel. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana and so bad that our 12-13-year-old daughter's eyes were burning, and the smoke was filtering into our rooms. It was a haze of smoke in the hallways and elevator. We were choking. Our girls clothes smelled like weed and one of the girls was unable to play in the tournament due to her asthma. We placed towels at the doors to try and shield the drug smell. We asked for someone to sanitize/deodorize our floor and we were denied. Instead, the front clerk had to deal with the police activity which frightened our kids. The hotel guests asked us to 1) purchase drugs and not just marijuana and 2) to hide drugs. The hotel did nothing but to allow us to leave 2 days early without a penalty. When we pushed the manager, his response...."How do I know you weren't doing the drugs?" I strongly urge you to consider another location
Dont Bother
Started out great and went downhill when guests started running and talking loudly in the halls after 11pm. This went until 4am. Condom on elevator floor, chicken wings and other trash. Spoke to a couple coming out of their room and same complaint Positive: Checkin was a breeze. Same for checkout. I will not stay here again. $75 spent for 2 hours of sleep.
This location shames the Wyndham Garden Brand in the worst way
Filthy is an understatement, raggedy and run down, stained linen stained furniture, holes in the walls horrible paint job. When I encountered such horrible conditions I immediately asked for a refund or to cancel my reservation was denied. I asked to be moved to another room with hopes of better conditions I was told they were booked. When I asked for clean linen I was told they had no linen available. Then all of sudden in the booked hotel we were moved to another room with the same horrible conditions. After having to switch rooms we asked for a late check out and was denied. Horrible service, rude and unreasonable staff and management, and horrible hotel conditions. Wyndham should drop this franchise as they are shaming the brand in the worst way!
