Clean Hotel ! Good Price!

Rooms were clean & comfortable. Price was great. Friendly Staff. Restaurants close by. Breakfast was Continental but good. Pool was outstanding. Close to I-85 that takes you everywhere. Bed was comfortable.

The rooms are terrible the AC sucks it never got under 78 degrees and when I asked for them to fix the AC i was told I'd have to help the maintenance man carry upstairs and install I would like my money back

Great place to stay while working out of town.Rooms are quite clean and where I’m at it’s quiet not a lot of noise,they are working on the breakfast bar it’s getting better.The price is ok and it’s close to my Kobe.

Rude staff and dirty towels

When I first got the room and the young guy that checked me in was very nice things changed when I called to the office to let them know their tv wasn't working. The original person that checked me in and told me he could move me to a different room then this lady comes out of nowhere saying try this to see if it worked. Tried it still didn't work told me try something else that didn't work then their room phone cut off and quit working. Proceeded to call her back from my cellphone. She was coming down the hill to my room at this time yelling I tried calling you back is the phone not working now..I said no ma'am its not and she started yelling more. Then her boss says well we will come fix the tv I said no sir I was told I would be given another room mind you my food I bought was getting cold in the process. The lady meets me in the office throws the new room key down on the counter and says here that room is over there pointing no direction so had to look for the room myself no big right. Well everything was good with this room except for the dirty towels they had left hanging up from the previous people. I will never go to this hotel ever again and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This is not the job profession for this rude lady.

If you want cleanliness, STAY AWAY

I cannot believe this dump...err..hotel is a Wyndham hotel. When we arrived and checked in, everything seemed fine, until we got to our room. It had not been cleaned, there were stained on the sheets, stuff smeered on the bathroom mirror, a whirlpool tub that I wouldn't get in for any amount of money, and an odor. Thinking perhaps some other room would be better, we made the mistake of asking to be relocated. Three rooms later, we were provided an at least livable room. Even this room was not cleaned thoroughly and had some bugs running around. The a/c also did not function properly. At this point, we were so exhausted that we stayed; however, I will NEVER go back and I'm questioning whether I will ever stay at another Wyndham hotel. On check out, they told me that they couldn't print me a receipt because their computer was down, but that I'd be emailed a receipt. I still haven't received a receipt...STAY AWAY.
