Stayed for three nights and had an excellent stay at this lovely place. Spotlessly clean and outstanding value. Both Russel and Annie are two of the most genuine and friendly hosts. Highly recommended and I’d stay there again without any hesitation.

Such a lovely house and owner. We had such a comfortable room and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfasts freshly cooked and delicious. We would definitely book next time we are in Dunfermline and would recommend to friends and family.

This hotel is superb absolutely value for your money rooms are lovely and clean with everything you would need and the owner’s Annie and Russell can’t do enough for you and the breakfast was the best I have had absolutely brilliant 10 out of 10 👍👍

I stopped by for one night and ended up staying a week. I just couldn’t leave!! Annie and Russell, you two have an incredible bed and breakfast, and you two are some of the kindest hearted people I’ve ever met. I always had plenty to eat for breakfast, the room was perfect every night. The staff— Yola and Stacy — were always accommodating and I never wanted for anything. Thank you all for taking me under your wing and helping show me around. I will absolutely never forget any of you!! Merry Christmas you sweet sweet people!!

A lovely surprise

Run by two lovely people who take time to great you and talk to you. A really, really clean place with beautiful and comfortable sitting and dining rooms. Superb parking and just 8 minutes walk to town. There are precious few wam places like this still around.
