I love the location, very residential, a great hotel for family reunion, retreats or conventions. Veey beautiful common areas. The rooms are big and the bathroom spacious. My only CONS were the pillows (not pillows, the size, form or shape) "VERY UNCOMFORTABLE", also not sure if it was where our room was location but we had no cell service in the room, had to use wifi calling.

My girls and I stayed in Durham for a Dance competition. The hotel was only about a 5 min drive so it was nice to not stay downtown. It's a very large hotel. The hotel Staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a nice peaceful evening after a long day which is just what we needed. I would stay here again.

Not Horrible but certainly not Fantastic

My family of 3 and I stayed at this hotel and although we were told that this was at one time a premier hotel, it has certainly proven to go down hill. The aura of the hotel is a ghost town. The pool is inoperable, bar and restaurant are closed. It just seemed like a ghost town. The front desk staff were below average in their welcome and personality. Check-in however was easy and smooth. The room was average clean, but there was significant rust in the bathroom tub. Had disinfectant on hand to spray down the room and bathroom to ease our lack of comfort with the tub. Overall, we were comfortable during our stay and didn't experience any problems. But the hotel needs to be upgraded significantly and the amenities reopened. We won't stay here again until improvements are made.

I loved this property it was just me and my daughter and I felt safe knowing that it was just two females. It was very clean and the staff was nice and professional. If I visit that area again I will not hesitate to choose this property again

Durham, NC - 1st Millennium. 2nd Hilton. 3rd I don’t stay at. ‘Nough said! Disclaimer: website pics r vry deceiving, their 8” is more like 61/2”. I’m low budget. Only Dwn fall is the Slow flush toilet
