Hotel super inseguro, qualquer um com uma senha entra. A porta do nosso quarto emperrou a chave, tivemos que pular a janela pra conseguir deixar a porta trancada. Ligamos para a assistência e ela só mandou mandar um e-mail e falou que a porta tinha um “jeitinho certo” de fechar (sendo que ficamos 30 minutos tentando fechar). No dia seguinte deu um curto na luz e ficamos sem poder carregar celulares e nossas coisas, nenhuma tomada funcionava e não tem nenhuma recepção pra gente poder reclamar. Péssimo péssimo péssimo. O preço não compensa o estresse.

reservei este hotel pra minha sogra me arrependi ,fazia frio o recepcionista nao acendia o aquecedor e deixava eles passar frio, nao recomendo pra ninguem este hotel e muito caro minha sogra decidiu ir embora no 4 dia e nao quiseram devolver o dinheiro , cobraram 80£ em um outro quarto agora estamos entrando na justica pelo descaso e irresponsabilidade que fizeram com minha sogra o qual o recepcionista nao quis resolver , se voce nao quiser ter dor de cabeca desista deste hotel em Londres existe hoteis melhores, e estas avaliacao que dizem que e bom nao e verdade pode ser amigos que colocam nao se enganem. Horrivel este hotel nao recomendo eles nao se importam com os hospedes , sao maus educados nao tem etica

Lo único bueno que tiene este hotel es la chica que limpia! Nos ayudó con el pago porque no se podía pagar en el hotel, y luego nos ayudó a resolver un problema con la habitación ya que se la habían dado a otra persona, al llegar nos tuvimos que quedar en la puerta ya que NO HAY RECEPCIÓN!
El agua del baño no bajaba, solo funcionaba una sola luz de la habitación, no había amenities, no teníamos toalla de mano ni sábanas!!
Nunca nos contestaron el teléfono, ni emails!
The only good thing about this hotel is the housekeeper! She helped us with the payment because it was not possible to pay at the hotel, and then she helped us to solve a problem with the room since it had been given to another person, upon arrival we had to stay at the door since there is NO RECEPTION!
The water in the bathroom did not go down, only one light in the room worked, there were no amenities, we had no hand towels or sheets !!
They never answered the phone or emails!

Stayed here earlier in the year. Was attracted by cheap prices. The photos of the rooms are all taken at over flattering angles to make it seem bigger than it is. 2 of us were in a double room with a bed slightly bigger than a single and no room for much movement, the en suite was so small that you have to stand up from the toilet to wipe you bum as you could not bend your elbows out. Another friend had a single room to herself which was bigger than the double room and a bigger en suite aswell. Checking in was confusing and very little guidence was given. The hotel is difficult to find as the pictures provided don't really show the surrounding area. The parking they offer is a tiny side lot that is in ruin with broken concrete and discarded bits of furniture. Even though it's cheap it's still not worth the price and I'm sure you can find better deals in the area. Seemed clean enough and has decent facility's in the local area with pubs and shops.

Trough Booking.com, we booked a room here sometime in May (2019), we had a horrible experience with customer service and the place itself.
Upon arrival, we had a hard time figuring out if it was the right place, given that there was no sign up (it was taken down, and was behind the fence). There is no reception desk.
The phone number at the entrance didn’t work and after searching online, after about calling 5 times, someone finally picked up and said our booking was cancelled according to their system.(my brother uploaded his data the week before our arrival) We got in touch with booking.com and after about a 2 hour phone call(put on hold for a out 1.5 hours), we were told to “find another place, sorry”
All in all, it was a terrible experience sitting in the rain trying to get an answer from the hotel and disheartening (to say the least) to get an answer like “Our system says your booking was cancelled. Contact Booking.com “
