A complete gem of a hotel

We would definitely recommend this hotel. Stayed for one night in February, we had an upgraded room, which was clean and comfortable, with beautiful decor. The breakfast was fantastic, all you could want, the owners were friendly, warm and very accommodating

Best B&B one will find in Launceston . The owners Linda and Andre are so friendly, delightful and informative. We stayed in Rose Cottage which was magnificent...such a comfortable bed ...wow! The cooked breakfast was also a super way to start the day ... off street parking ... detailed city maps with sight seeing suggestions clearly marked ... absolutely loved our stay and will be back .

From the engagement of the hosts, before arrival, which was going to be late due to flight, to the greeting on arrival, it was amazing. The room knocked our socks off, elaborate, quaint, clean, and very comfortable. Great sleep quality. Good wifi. Outstanding value. Our only regret was declining the breakfast, well now we have another reason to go back. Linda and Andre are superb hosts. We'll need to pay them another visit.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Launceston. We were made very welcome on arrival. Our room was very well appointed and the bed was super comfortable, including the pillows 👍. The breakfast was superb with a great variety of food, and we can highly recommend the full breakfast 🍳 of bacon and eggs with all the extras 😋😋 Lovely hospitality 👍

The positive responses by many others can be confirmed. We spent 4 days in Rose Cottage and it simply had everything we needed. The owners were really helpful with ideas. If you are visiting Launceston, this is where you should stay.
