Stayed at Devonshire Park Hotel previously as always a pleasure to stay there. Very comfortable and clean. Staff always very helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Have booked to stay there again. What more can I say

lovely hotel, very friendly helpful staff staff. nice rooms and comfy beds. close to theatres, restaurants, shops and sea front. good food, pre theatre or post theatre in godfreys and a great breakfast. what more can you ask for.

I have stayed here many times and this hotel never disappoints. It is a typical-looking seaside hotel; white, close to the sea etc but it never fails to offer guests so much more. The staff are delightful and never forget a face, the breakfast is lovely and the food in the dining room is always first class. It never claims to be a boutique-style hotel (whatever that means!) it is a charming and beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious with huge and very comfy beds. An ironing board and iron, teas and coffees, water etc are all provided. There is a bar and several sitting rooms for guests with wonderful things to do and see. They still have the old signing in books from the 1800’s and the staff will tell you about the history of the hotel which is just fascinating. I absolutely love this hotel. Every time I return I feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I cannot wait to return.

Family-run vibe, quality and cleanliness. Close to front and centre but quiet area.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location but close enough to walk into the centre or to the front. It was easy to find with good parking and the bonus (for us) of a EV car charger. We were visiting friends/business associates so we spent the first evening and following daytime out of the hotel. On arrival the heating was on understandably, but the suite was too hot for us. We managed to cool it down whilst we were out, so were very comfortable for the rest of the stay. I think the reason for the heat is for the mainly older guests? Breakfast both mornings was excellent and the server was very friendly and attentative. We'd definitely stay here again for the family-run vibe, quality and cleanliness.
