Excellent location and condo

Everything within our rooms was well updated. They included everything we could possibly have needed and it is located within 5 minutes walking distance of main street. I would definitely recommend Atrium to friends and family.

Very convenient to Main street......I stayed here last year. The management requested license plate number, make and model..While there, my Parking pass slid off my dashboard onto the floor and they towed me...Good thing they requested my License number!!..Property Manager was unresponsive....Landlord was great and covered my $190.00 towing fee, but we lost a 1/2 day of skiing in the process! This year; same place- same car...my ski rack ripped off the top of my car (4-Runner)....I noticed the neighboring car in the garage(Tahoe) had its rack ripped off also..Spoke to an owner who said "it happens all the time" PARKERS BEWARE..Park outside if you have an SUV!!

Great Location

The Atrium is located within walking distance to Main St. and the Quicksilver and Beaver Run lifts. The free bus is right outside the building as well. It's a little dated but our unit (#206) was clean and had everything we needed. It has a nice spacious lobby where you you can hang out after skiing. They also have a hot tub. I gotta say, I was a little concerned before we got there due to the other reviews I read. However, we didn't experience any negativity and thought the unit was perfect for what we needed. There is only one parking spot, but we only had one car. I would definitely go back!

Atrium is Great - Unit 206 is NOT

We have stayed in one of the Atrium Condo units for more than 15 years. The complex is super: on the free bus between Peak 9 and the Gondola, indoor parking, lovely facility, quiet... just perfect. We recently had our expanded family join us, so we rented unit 206 supposedly from "the owners". The unit was superficially clean, the dishes were filthy (caked food, obviously just shoved in the kitchen cabinets), kitchen essentially bare of equipment, there was no key for the ski locker (conveniently located in the garage) and the management company said it was helpless and would contact the owners (it did NOT followup), so we had to carry our skis up two flights, through the unit, and store them on the outside balcony. The garage remote was also not provided and again the management company was unable to produce one. By the way, the owners' ski equipment was in the master bedroom closet, so what was in the ski locker? If you are content with dealing anonymously (although supposedly "by owner") and taking pot-luck on a ski area rental, 206 could meet your needs. If you want to have a great experience at The Atrium, pick one of the units that the actual owner manages and expect a great experience at The Atrium and Breckenridge.

Great Condo Experience

We booked our condo through Breckenridge Resort Managers. We were extremely happy with our condo and Breckenridge. Our condo catered to families and had a full-size kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. The heated garage and ski locker were ideal. We also enjoyed the hot tub – especially while it was snowing. There are sleds in the garage and a free sledding hill at Carter Park which the Atrium borders. I also noticed tennis courts and hiking trails. We loved the location. Very quiet but close to everything. It is a short walk to main street, restaurants, and to the Breckenridge Grocery store on Ridge Street. The free Summit Stage bus was right outside our door so it was easy and quick to get to the ski area or anywhere in the county. In summary, our condo was in an ideal location, had an updated look and was extremely comfortable. Breckenridge is a great town and the locals are friendly. We look forward to returning.
