This was horrible! We checked in and checked right back out!! First we noticed how run down everything was, every surface was chipped or cracked. Then how dirty everything was from the floors to the walls, to the door handles, etc. Then how broken everything was! None of the outside doors latched so security would be very questionable. Then the pool was leaking and wasn't operational, the ice machine was torn apart and the pieces just laying beside it, the room's air conditioner was frozen over and not working. That's when we pulled the plug and checked out!!!! Ridiculous and please beware. This is not the place to stay!!

Treated horribly by staff and never got a room

I am a Gold Elite IHG member and use Holiday Inn almost exclusively when I travel. On Feb 14 my wife and I made a reservation on the app for this hotel which we had stayed in several times on our trips back from AZ. We arrived about 4:15 to find out they did not have a clean room for us and said it would be about 40 minutes if we wanted to return later. We went and filled our car with gas and came back after about 30 minutes. There were now several more people in the lobby trying to get rooms. I approached the clerk and asked if our room was ready and he acted like he had never seen me before and told me they didn’t have any clean rooms and didn’t know how long it would be. The entire staff was of no help what so ever and just kept saying they only had two cleaning people. We were again told it will just be a few minutes. Two guests that had been given keys came down and said their rooms had not been cleaned and the clerk accused one of them of “sneaking in the back door” as he had not checked him in. Things got quite tense in the lobby. The clerk brought me over the paperwork for a room and I signed the forms thinking I would get a room. I asked him for my room key and he said it wasn’t clean yet and thought it might be 30 minutes or so. By this time we had been there for over an hour and a half and still had no room and no firm time. Another guest mentioned to me that the Days Inn next door was a very nice place. I called them and got a nice room immediately for less money and left the Holiday Inn. I have never been treated so badly by a hotel staff in my life. The clerk checking us in was a complete jerk and never once apologized or offered any help or support, just stood behind the desk and said nothing is ready. What I assumed was the cleaning staff were acting like they had no clue what was going on and was telling them rooms were cleaned that were and not prioritizing cleaning the rooms reserved. If this clerk is fired immediately, stay away from this hotel?

Everyone here is to please you and make your stay enjoyable. From front staff to the breakfast people they were pleased to help you. Best breakfast better than the higher end motels. Rooms very clean as was the premises. You can't do any better than this place. It's conveniently located from the turnpike.

An overnight stay

We spent one night here while passing through. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was with the hallways/stairways/elevator, etc. Didn't look as though any of it had been vacuumed in quite sometime. What appeared to be crumbled up crackers were all over the stairs, the hallway and elevator also needed a good vacuuming.

Stayed 11-15-20. The room was fantastic. Whoever designed was an actual traveler! Bathroom with big vanity, soft towels. Bedroom area had a great big bench (sit or put luggage on)with hooks above for items, desk, closet, and I even liked the window blinds! Bed linens were soft too! Had iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee pot, safe, microwave and fridge! Plus.....very clean. And staff was great!
