Fizemos a reserva por 4 noites em El Nido e nos decepcionamos. Na primeira noite, quando entramos no quarto, não havia toalhas no banheiro. A internet não funcionava dentro do quarto. Falei na recepção e no dia seguinte me trocaram de quarto, com instalações piores que a primeira. Do segundo ao último dia não trocaram as toalhas, isso mesmo, continuei com as mesmas, sendo que nessa troca não havia papel higiênico no banheiro, tive que pedir também. O Transfer que leva os hóspedes a cidade é de hora em hora e só comporta 14 passageiros. Se você não conseguir lugar, fica à mercê de tuktuk, que tem o preço tabelado de 300 pesos a corrida. O café da manhã é o basicão da Ásia, buffet de pequeno almoço, pães e ovos. O que salvou foi a piscina

Very good service, friendly staff, close the airport and very good amenities. Enjoyed our weekend at Casa Kalaw, the rooms were clean, the staff practiced good safety and health protocols. The beachfront is wide, clean, not crowded, and the hotel can lend you kayaks so you can enjoy the beach. There is a good restaurant beside the beach (Globy) that serves good food. I recommend those wanting to explore El Nido to stay here. Its also good for friends and families looking for a shor getaway.

Great first stay at El Nido and first in the midst of a pandemic

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in our first time in El Nido. Tessa and the rest of the staff at Casa Kalaw made us feel like we were royalty. From helping us get the (albeit very stringent) travel requirements from the El Nido LGU to upgrading our rooms to the overall cleanliness of the hotel to granting our special requests, everything was superb.

A Pre Nuptial Overnight at Casa Kalaw

It was a destination wedding for an eldest son and we choose to spend overnight at Casa Kalaw before heading over to Miniloc. An afternoon cocktails was arranged fronting the beach for all guests and families in order to have a good fellowship before the marital rites the day after. We arrived before lunch and we booked immediately to a huge family room good for four pax. The room was quite spacious and had very good shelf spaces for our clothing. The lobby was quite welcoming and at the back of the reception is the nice glimmering water of a fresh water swimming pool. The facilities were quite nice , the only hitch was they lacked other guests accessories wich as iron and the board. We had to wait for nearly an hour since it was used by other guests. The hotel grounds were also interesting with the way the landscaping of natural palm trees and plants lining the buikdings.

Nice, Quiet & Secluded

Best location to stay in el Nido! Clean, quiet and secluded on the quiet Lio Beach Estate. Great staff especially Santy who was most helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Great pool and buffet breakfast. Lio Beach is quiet and clean with security and secluded. Even though it was completely booked we didn't see many other guests around. Best location on the small estate which is secluded and private, with 10 small restaurants, bars, dessert, cafe, stores, spa and pharmacy away from busy el Nido town. 5 min drive from the airport with transfers included and free shuttle bus into town 15-20 mins away. You can also take tour transfers from the pier and travel agency there. Only issue was our sheets smelt damp one night & a compendium would be a great help to know how to contact reception & know what's available in the area. Would strongly recommend staying here!
