Don't stay there!

We booked our room through booking.com and had to leave a day early ( wouldn't have stayed in the firstplace if it hadn't been paid for already). When checking out we asked about a refund and were refered to booking.com. That was the 4th of July weekend and the manager still hasn't reurned any calls from them. The room was substandard and room service never showed up. The breakfast bufffet ran out of bagels the first day and never had any again ( WalMart is across the street from them). Employee working in breakfast room was very friendly though.

These last couple years we've continued to hope this hotel chain would improve. After driving for 14 hours we were looking forward to a nice room, shower, comfortable bed, but the second we walked into the lobby, I sensed this wouldn't be the case. The lobby smelled and they had all the doors open, air conditioner not working?? Went to the 3rd floor with the door to our room, across the hall from the elevator, 3-4 feet away. Our room was freezing when we walked in, so we tried to adjust and it shut off and wouldn't turn back on. There was only 1 bathtowel, 1 washcloth and the toilet wouldn't flush. The bed, sad to say, not comfy. So this last time was it, we're done and will never use this hotel chain again.

Smelliest and dirtiest place I’ve stayed in a very long time

This is the dirtiest and the most unpleasant place I have stayed in a very long time. The smell is something I can’t place… the carpet was stained with I don’t even know what. The front desk staff was nice but we only stayed one night and got a different place for the rest of our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We stayed at this Hotel for a 130 a night and walked in we were just terrified on how dirdy this place was. Stained floors human hair everywhere especially in the bathroom it was just nasty hopefully will never have to stay at this hotel again.

Do I need to type anything else beyond the subject line? Like a slum landlord, LaQuinta this hotel operator to defile north LQ AND the individuals who spend their money to stay here. Do NOT do it. You will be sad, and, shoukd you realize your shots are not up to date, you may even more dearly after encountering the disgustingly vile cleanliness standards.
