As instalações do hotel são muito boas e o atendimento muito oqualificado. Percebi porém falta de manutenção no nosso quarto, cuja porta não fechava completamente por fora. Gastronomia de boa qualidade mas com limitação para pessoas vegetarianas.

This is a beautiful, clean hotel with good food, friendly and helpful staff, a nice pool, a golf course, horses, and a few other animals. The beach and water are gorgeous, and our whole family had a great time.
Location and grounds are quite beautiful... however!

I stayed overnight after a trip to Elmina, this hotel is listed as one of best; however it is in need of refurbishment. We had a leak in our bathroom, and the shower valve was not working, water came out of bottom tap, but it was a shower so I couldn’t take a bath. I used a bucket to pour over me, it actually reminded me of my childhood.
I enjoyed my evening meal by the sea, food was nice, but, not delicious. Breakfast was nice too, omelette very good.
The sun loungers are made of black plastic, they are hot and sticky and need replacing or at least a good clean, two towels are needed to cover those bad boys.
The table tennis by the outside bar, swimming pool and life guard kept the children happy.
The staff are friendly and so accommodating, especially the plumber, it’s always the staff that save the day

Had a wonderful experience at Coconut Grove Beach Resort. Excellent customer service. My wife and I went there for our honeymoon. Seren environment, good food and spacious rooms. Didn't have time to enjoy the horse riding though.

There is so much to say about this resort. The people: were extremely helpful and everyone was willing to go the extra mile to help us out; The beach: the seas were rough at high tide so we only got in to our knees but the line of rocks made the rough water enjoyable during low tide. There was even a natural pool created from the rocks which was great to take a cool dip in. The bedrooms: comfortable and cool. They ask that you save water and provide a bucket to use in the shower (optional), we used it. The Food: coconuts are everywhere, try it. I don’t even like coconuts and I couldn’t get enough of the coconut water.
The bad: the options for vegetarians are limited but you won’t starve. The phone in the room didn’t work. The pool didn’t seem to be running the filter at all times (it’s not dirty).
Overall: the grounds are very well kept and the people are very thoughtful and take ownership of anything you need. Lawrencia emailed with me before I arrived and answered all of my questions. When I was checking out it was her birthday and we sang happy Birthday to her. She was nice enough to offer us a piece of her cake.
