Booked the hotel for a 1night pre business trip and was a bit weird. Upon checkin I had to come in through the back of the hotel as main entrance doors broke. The girl on reception was a bit rude. No hello no smile just a “sign”. Was given room key with room number on and that was it. Not even told where to find my room. I found my own way. I had booked a double room and when entering the room it was seriously small. The room had no heating and wooden floor so went to bed wrapped up in extra jumper I had in my suitcase. The bed was a double but as 1person in the room it had a very small single quilt in the middle of the bed. If u rolled over u had no cover. You also only got 1 very thin pillow that ur head was actually on the mattress. Have to say the best bit of the hotel was the evening serving in the restaurant. The evening staff was friendly and welcoming. Ordered dinner and didn’t realise how much you would be served. This was great. Unfortunately the breakfast staff are totally opposite. The breakfast waitress was not that bothered I was there and took more notice of the locals. It took for me to finish and go to leave for her to then ask if I wanted tea or coffee. This hotel to me is not worth the star rating given. Sorry no pictures of the bedroom as fingers were so cold to take

I have been there for 1 night. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel is very simple and services are not h24. Reception and bar are available up to 22h and if you arrive after this time you have to check in with a machine. I suggest for 1 night

This hotel needs to be aware about small things. We found long black hairs in the bathroom. Not ours, haha The pillows were too soft. Not really clean. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpfull The food was excellent, a bit too much, but that is normal here.

Coming for ythe first time to gemany and staying in a german hotel ,it is different then in USA. But it was clean,suited our purpose well. The staff was helpful,and friendly.The computer had no printer,made it difficult to print out info about the sail like maps etc. the rooms have no alarm clock..thank god for hone alarm.We liked the restaurant,the breakfast was awesome with fresh rolls,eggs and cold cuts. We would stay there again.

Stay here for one night before I go on my work. Fast check and rooms are standard. Nothing special. I have expected that internet was faster, but no. Breakfast was okay, but i was happey it was not me that should pay for it.A little far away from shopping area and I perpare Hotel Haverkamp
