The hotel is nice for a night stay but watch your parking! My car locks were popped during the night and they went through my car. When asked if the hotel had cameras they advised they did not and my car was parked right in front of the front door!

Cannot Make this Up (Jan 24th – Jan 30th) I booked this hotel because it was in my neighborhood. As soon as I opened the door to my assigned room it smelled like mildew. I advised the front desk and they offered to switch room. The second room smelled the same, so I stayed in the previous room. Since I’ve already complained about the mildew smell I did not want to complain about the smelly pillows too; slept without pillows. Without delay I should have followed my first thought and find another hotel. Later that evening I decided to get food and watch television. Well to my surprise when watching television on the couch, a BIG bug came from nowhere and it was on the television screen. I had to kill it after screaming. Due to the inclement weather (25 Wed-26 Thurs Jan) I decided to telework (training) from my hotel room. In between break I decided to take shower; why in the world I had to call the front desk to assist in turning on the shower. No comments. No internet connection from Thursday (26th) thru Saturday (28th) so I had to drive to work on Thursday to complete the training in order to get credit. Friday back at work. Called the front desk Saturday because I still could not get onto the hotel internet. The person placed me on hold without acknowledging that he was going to put me on hold. He gave me another number to call; they lady said that she was going to phone me back but never did but the internet came back up at 7:17 am maybe there was a problem in the area. I wanted to utilize the gym and my key does not work; unbelievable. I went to church on Sunday and during service I noticed that I had a missed call. A voicemail was left indicating that I was scheduled to check out today. That was not true; I booked the hotel from Jan 24th thru Jan 30; I called the hotel before returning to assure that my things were still in the room because I was concerned about my company laptop that I am responsible for. They assured me that I still had the room and don’t know why I received the call. I returned to the hotel and advised the front desk of the mistake and he stated that everything was fine. I had a lot of begs in my hand and I took the stairway because it was close to my room and my goodness the card to open the door does not work. I had to go back down the stairs with all of my begs to get new keys. It’s oblivious they checked me out. I thought my issues with this hotel was over. I decided to sit and watch the remaining of the football game and then someone (the cleaning person) opened my room door which scared the living daylight out of me. I cannot make this up; really. I’m so over this hotel, I can’t wait to check out in the morning.

Nice hotel, traffic nearby tricky though.

Nice hotel! Getting to it a little tricky with traffic and for that reason we wouldn’t pick this location again. But hotel itself is perfectly nice. Breakfast buffet was good. The sitting area (pull out couch bed) is nice. Beds comfy and rooms quiet. Staff friendly. Plenty of parking in garage during our stay.

I stayed here last month and overall everything was fine, except for the bathroom. While during my stay, the shampoo and conditioner ran dry in the bulk containers positioned in the shower. I don't know how this could happen unless they are not checked by housekeeping when the previous guest check out...

Friendly staff, ok breakfast, decent coffee, but hotel is tired & unfortunately my room wasn’t that clean. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, what looked like for weeks. The bathroom was mostly clean, shower & toilet but not the floor. I felt kind of bad I know lots of places are short staffed but they are clearly cutting corners. Sofa needed a deep clean. The water pressure wasn’t great. Bed sheets seemed ok & bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Overall not for me.
