Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Very accommodating, full of suggestions of where to eat, visit, how to get to places, etc. Staff spoke several languages, making requests easy. And breakfast was delicious. Fresh, varied, lots of fresh fruit, juices, etc. Room was nice and balcony had incredible lake view. All in all, a very wonderful experience.

Friendly service, complementary drinks on arrival. Buffet continental breakfast. We booked a classic room. Had small little terras with excellent views. Room was clean an decent size bathroom, there are vaults in the closet for your own safekeeping of valuables and there is a small fridge in the room. An elevator is available for the higher stories. And there is parking under the premises. It's basically located right next to the shore. So in 50 meters you can just jump in the lake. The pool is well kept and within a grassy garden. Wifi strenght at our room was a little bit irratic. But it always kept a connection. All in all a very nice experience. And can definitely recommend.

It was a beautiful room and whole hotel. But the staff speak english very well so it was hard to communicate to them. And the fan in the room was broken so there was so hot in the room. That's all bad and the nice things? Everything else! I would like to go back next summer!:)

I had a nice stay in this hotel this summer. The receptionnists ( fouad and luka) are funny and the breakfast is good. The rooms were very clear and I had a wonderfull view of the lake from my balcony. I strongly recommend this hotel. I forgot to mention that the price was attractive :)

Value for money by Lake Garda

There are many hotels to choose from by Lake Garda, this is a three star hotel that is value for money, close to the lake, a decent pool and friendly staff. A fairly mediocre breakfast, but enough to start your day off good. Some of the rooms show some wear and tear, but are clean. We stayed there for a week and it was nice having the rooms looked after every day. The car park in the garage was a great bonus in the sun. All in all, one could do a lot worse for the same amount of money spent. Points deducted for the hard bed !
