Stayed at the studio apartment. It was spacious and clean, although some of the (Ikea) furniture was a bit worn. There was also quite a bit of traffic noise due to its location. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the city centre, but parking in the city is actually quite affordable (cheaper than using transit), so driving is a viable option. Breakfast can be added for 10 €, which seems a bit steep, so I stayed away from that.

I stayed for 5 nights at a studio apartment, and I liked it! I called on the day of my arrival and somehow I only booked for 4 nights (my fault) but they were so kind to have a room available for me so I could stay there from the first night instead of switching hotels. To sum it up: + very friendly people! They helped with everything I asked for. + clean + loved the decor, modern except for the kitchen (but it's so german ;)) + WIFI is perfect, very strong +/- breakfast is ok, but in my opinion it isn't worth the 10 euros (I only used it once) - It was very hot, no airco and didn't want to have open windows while away and sleeping as I was on the ground floor - The traffic is very loud! I'm not use to that as I live in the woods, so maybe it's just a personal matter, but I couldn't sleep the first few nights because of it.

This has become my favorite stay while in Erfurt. Highlights: *Nice breakfast *beautifully decorated comfortable rooms with kitchenettes *Friendly staff The hotel is a bit of a ways from the center, but it's very close to public transportation that's easy and reliable.

Great for a stopover

The hotel is somewhat out of town - you'll need a car to get there or take public transport. Other than that we really liked the place. We had a family apartment which was ample and provided everything you need for a family of 5. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the hotel as a stopover and that was great. Breakfast was overpriced. There is a very small McDonald's at a nearby petrol station, but they have no breakfast.

We are up 3 flights of stairs, but our dormer room is exceptionally spacious. Only two single friends, but 2 single beds plus an extra pull-out comfy double bed. With windows wide, we catch the evening summer wind. The small kitchenette features stove, Frige, and micro; we are set. Grocery store downtown closed at 8pm, so we will forage for breakfast; 6 min walk to local grocery store in the morning. About a 3 minute walk from tram stop, 15 minutes via tram to downtown or to Martin Luther's Cloister-tour. Hotel, off the main drag, but out of the way location reflected in budget price. Worth it. Clean and comfy.
