Ample spaced rooms and next to the beach

We booked a suite for my family of 4, with 2 young children. The suite is spaceous but a bit outdated. Our balcony had a sea view but only from a specific point, thus calling it a seaside view suite is true yet also a stretch. The personnel is very polite and friendly. It makes for a pleasurable stay. The breakfast is not up to par. The resort is next to the beach. In summary, if proximity to the beach and spaceous accommodation are key to one's selection then this is a good choice.

We are only checking out tomorrow, but I cannot wait to tell other guests who are not here what they are missing! This is the place to come to as a family. Lots of space for children & adults alike. Clean & comfortable rooms, & the best shower so far on this trip! They have a lovely menu to choose your food from, great home cooked traditional Greek cuisine prepared by Takis. The day we arrived Dimitris welcomed us with warmth & friendliness. He is very helpful & saw to it that all our needs were met. The beach which is just across the road, is one of th best so far. Fantastic for swimming, for children to play safely in the ocean, & best of all, which is very rare, the organised beach is free. You can order drinks &food from the hotel to have on the beach. All the staff are very friendly. I gladly reccommend this Hotel to anyone. Spetzes is is only 20 min by ferrie from Kosta, but you hardly want to leave this hotel & beach!! We certainly will return, thank you Dimitris & all your staff to make this a memorable stay!!

Convenient location (hotel is next to Agios Aimilianos beach), friendly staff and clean rooms. The rooms have been recently renovated, however they are a little bit small. Plenty of parking space for the guest.

The "resort" is in a quiet area, yet still close to civilisation (with a car). We liked our room with sea view. Rooms were clean. The view from the restaurant is really nice, overlooking a bay and onto the eastern corner of Spetses. The breakfast was rather basic, but nicely prepared and tasty. Can't say anyhting about dinner there, as we didn't have any. We loved the beach. It is right in front of the hotel. It is a small pebbly beach with great, clear waters. It is shallow and therefore also great fro bringing kids.

Decent hotel in great location, but needs some improvements

We spent 4 nights here with my family and another family with kids. The positives: The hotel is situated next to a wonderful beach. They offer free sunbeds and umbrellas for the hotel guests. The rooms are relatively spacious and have a small porch and a kitchen with a stove and a small fridge. They also own a small restaurant which had very good food, service and was fairly priced. The access to the beach is well designed with stairs on one side and a ramp on the other for baby strollers. So it quite ideal for families. The negatives: The bathroom is a bit small. The price does not include breakfast. The wifi is quite unstable. The rooms upon check-in were clean, but during our 4 night stay they did not clean the rooms. They only emptied the trash bins. The kitchen is there, but it needs some more equipment, like cereal bowls, small plates, dishwashing liquid, etc. They
