This is UNSAFE hotel. Do not stay here. We were followed to our room by a man and ended up leaving the location.

Unsafe hotel. Unsafe area. We were followed on four occasions by the same sketchy man and later found out he ENTERED the room of another guest. Unsafe!!! Do NOT stay here. Management has still not contacted me to get a refund. Which is unfortunate. Safety of their guests should be their top priority. This room was booked thru Priceline and said it was a “casino” hotel and it definitely was not. Even the front desk confirm they were NOT affiliated at all.

We stayed for one night and were generally pleased with the stay. Employee interactions were good, most elements of the hotel have been renovated recently. Breakfast was light on options, have your expectations in check. No issues with wifi. We noticed no issues with the cleanliness.

This hotel really was perfect for my husband and I. Everything was very clean. Comfortable bed, nice TV, great continental breakfast. Overall it was a great place to stay. Front desk workers were very nice and always available. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend (11/13 - 11/15, 2020). I was awakened at 3:30am on Sunday morning by vacuuming and furniture dragging in the room directly above mine (129). I called the Front Desk and the clerk informed me that there were no employees working at that hour. I told him that I could clearly hear a conversation between two girls: "How did you get in here?" "Some guy opened the door and let me in." The clerk said he would check it out. The noise continued for another hour = very little sleep. I visit Evansville often from St. Louis, but I won't make this mistake again.

I booked 2 nights, September 13th through the 15th. On the night of the 13th the hotel was not that busy, we were on the 2nd floor at the rear of the hotel. For some reason they put people in the room adjacent to ours, they were yelling, slamming doors, out in the hall playing music. At 2:30 am we hadn't slept a bit, we called the front desk to complain, I guess they confronted them and they got even louder. We decided at 3 am to leave, we were afraid that drug deals were going down so we called the police to escort us to our car, we told the police to leave them alone, just escort us to our car, instead the police made them leave and we had to walk to our car alone at 3 am and went to another hotel. I've been using choice hotels exclusively for years, I'm a platinum member. The manager gave me my money back and wrote me an apologetic email but I will NEVER stay in a hotel in that type of a location again.
