Couple of friends and I went to an convention in St. Louis and did a one night stay here. Check in was easy, room was clean, and bed was fine. A couple of things that could be improved like the lights in my bathroom didn't work and some easy to take care of stains in the hallway. Breakfast was pretty unreasonably priced for what little they had to offer. Would NOT stay away from it by any means. It's a good place.

My wife and I stayed a several days over the Thanksgiving period due to a death in the family. I’ll start with the good. Every individual we met associated with the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. We had several breakfast meals in the restaurant and they were excellent and our server was exceptionally nice. The rooms were large and clean, and a rarity these days, towels were exchanged and the trash emptied. The provided bottled was a welcome touch. Now for the less than great. Every evening we had to get our room access cards activated, I’m a slow learner, so the first three days after our cards would not work I hat to make the trip to the front desk to get them activated. After that we just did it when we came back in the evening. The ceiling light in our room would not work properly, and it was dark with only the other lighting. We asked three or four times for it to be fixed. An attempt was made but was unsuccessful. The guest laundry was not cleaned during our stay, and it was pretty dirty. So, overall it was ok, but we came back a week later and stayed across the street at the Drury and it was better

Not up to Holiday Inn Standards

Very nice lobby but all the other public spaces, halls, laundry, elevators etc. were dirty. We were here for several days and we never saw many areas get cleaned. Our room was nice and clean, but at a Holiday Inn I expect a complete refresh daily, not just some clean towels. Yapping dogs and loud rap music in nearby rooms didn't add to our enjoyment. Our room keys quit working every day and we were constantly having to go from our third floor room back down to the lobby to get them fixed. On the plus side, the restaurant was surprisingly very good with a great staff and we enjoyed breakfast there every morning. Free bottled water in the lobby, a nice touch. Overall though it's definitely not what you eexpect from a Holiday Inn.

We rent a conference room on a weekly bases. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. They go out of their way to make sure everything is ok and always ask is there anything we need. I recommend

The gentleman that checked is in obviously loved his job & cared about our stay. He couldn't have been more accommodating or pleasant. Our room was clean & welcoming. Mattress perfect & what soft sheets! We decided to try the hotel restaurant for dinner. Let's face it, hotel food is generally overpriced & mediocre. Surprise! Prices were good and quality wonderful. I had the Cajun fettuccine and it was so good. My husband had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and ate every last bite. Our waiter was very nice and it we were happy we chose to dine there. We are definitely putting this hotel on our list of places to return to.
