Lisa at Front Desk was Amazing!

Stayed for three nights just to “get away.” Room was clean and Lisa at the front desk was AMAZING!!! She was so friendly, upbeat and helpful! Very sure she worked the entire weekend and never complained at all. In fact we brought her lunch 😊! Our elderly chocolate lab loved it as well. We will definitely return!

Frozen Little Gem

I usually don’t expect much from extended stay hotels but was pleasantly surprised at this one. When I called for a shuttle, they called a taxi to pick me up and of course that was paid for by the hotel in place of a shuttle. Was checked in fast to a very clean, very nice room. Front desk service was friendly and helpful. Had an early flight when I did leave and was carried to the airport without a wait. Will stay here again if I go back.

First time staying at this hotel and it wont be the last, employees at the front desk go above and beyond, to make your stay enjoyable, Did the park and fly and will probably never park at the airport again, they made it very easy to get to and from the airport. they have al sorts of food you can take and make in your room. recommend for anyone looking for a room/ home away from home.

I can't say enough about the employees and management at this hotel. We were stranded in a blizzard with canceled flights, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Room was great, hotel was clean. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Suite!

Checked into this 'hotel' and had requested a quiet area of the hotel. Given a large suite away from the noise, (since we had to get up early for a flight), and were impressed with the size of the room. At least twice as big as any typical hotel room, this was like a small apartment. lots of desk space, a small kitchen area supplied with pots, pans and anything one may need. Large bathroom with shower, and room to move without tripping over others. Wish we could have stayed additional nights as it was so relaxing to stay in a place with so much room.
