Voce nunca sabe o que vai encontrar em um Radisson nos EUA.
Nessa unidade no subúrbio de Detroit, encontrei um hotel antigo, com manutenção defasada, cadeiras quebradas, fiação aparente e acumulo de sujeira nos cantos e sob o moveis. Como cliente Gold no programa Club Carlson foi concedido up-grade de quarto e early check-in. O estacionamento externo era gratuito e adequado. O hotel fica próximo ao impressionante Holocaust Memorial Center, um dos mais impressionantes Museus dedicado ao Holocausto.
Terrible service terrible tubs
We get here and they have a convention that had a hockey team and a wedding. So not only they false advertising the deposit that was suppose to be $150 a night they charged a deposit of $200 a night for no reason. Not to mention the hot tub in the pool area was closed and drained. They made you sign a waiver to sit in a dumb pool that had a balls in it. Then the restaurant was closed for breakfast the whole time. Then the hot tub in our room the jets wasn’t working like they were suppose to and the hot water went out for a day. I call down to the manager office and they only can only compensate for a rewards program. If I don’t like the stay this time what makes y’all think I want to come back? The management and service is horrible. Oh and another thing it’s a lot of criminal activity in this property. One lady got arrested in the room next to us for a supposed kidnapping charge. So which means the hotel don’t do checks on people when they check them in. So if anyone is thinking of staying here DONT!!!! Your better off getting a room at the comfort inn in Livonia. The prices are better and the service is twice as better.
Horrible Management- Training Needed
Chris is a horrible general manager and no surprise that his staff is like him. They are a clear result of lack of leadership. Dealing with customer care is a challenge at best as often I have difficulties understanding them and often times they try to repeat back the issue and get the summary wrong. If Chris were a better leader he would have listening to my complaint in a professional manner and politely asked if he or his team got any of the facts correct. He was overbearing and told me what I said and had me on camera saying to which I have asked upper management to do please entertain me and show me those tapes as I have lots of questions of how I was mistaken for a man and told I said someone called me his staff petty when if he listened and didn't talk screaming his head off and say he was done with me without even trying he would have known that that is what was told by me and I had concerns about if that was really said. Its easy for him to bark about the police because he lacks skills to talk to people and he can't deal with confrontation or doing his job. I feel sad for him to have to live his life like that everyday. And I am sure FH police must get tired of his evicts and threats that they have to waste their time on as a result of him not being able to do his job. I do hope him and his protege Jeremy find peace and calmness. You can stand behind your staff all you want but looking around at the reviews you will be standing completely alone. Keep up the crap work and do have a great day! I have some recommendations for a therapist and anger management if needed.
Weekend fun
I will come back to this hotel for weekend and enjoy the room with my lover, we enjoyed music, sex, eating, drinking, sleeping , looking at movies, we really had a wonderful time in the Jacuzzi we stay in their all night on the first night. What a wonderful time. Thanks
Never will attend this hotel again
I did not like the atmosphere at all hotel cleanliness was a 0 . Worst experience ever!!!! I will never attend here again and it was complete waste . The trash in bathroom had old trash . Sheets had blood 🩸
