Not the best it could be.

I was a little disappointed in this hotel. They make a point to say how clean their hotel is, however, we didn't really agree with this. Both of the comforters had dark stains on them. The elevator floors were dirty. And both of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. The day of checkout, the maid came to our room before check out time to clean. We told her we had a late checkout, however, she came back two more times before we left. It is not an expensive hotel so I guess it was what could be expected.

Nice overnight stay in no Northwest Arkansas

Very good location - close to University but not too close . Reception was very friendly and upbeat . Facility was very clean , very bright and had toiletries. Comfortable bed . Breakfast was all prepackaged food but was adequate . Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at no cost 24 hours .

Great no thrills hotel. Very clean with great service. Extremely reasonably priced. Free breakfast but not much selection, but they had enough for me. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. Several restaurants in the immediate area and a Wal-Mart really close. Minutes from Bud Walton Arena.Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here several times. I was very impressed the first few times I stayed there. It is not as clean now. There was a stain on my bedsheets and dirty spots on bathroom floor. The toilet bowl had pieces of dried fecal matter. It’s sad such a cute and convenient hotel is going down in cleanliness.

Very nice Fayetteville Hotel

New property that has very nice rooms. The breakfast includes brew on demand coffee, fruit, breakfast sandwiches and cereals. The parking is free and easy access. We have stayed here 3 times and love it. Well maintained, great value. It has a gym, lots of room to chill in the lobby.
