Centrally located
This hotel was the perfect location for our family trip to NWA. It’s close to the University of Arkansas. Located right off the interstate allowed us easy travel to Bentonville to hike the trails at Crystal Bridges and pickup some Burnt bacon ends at Wright’s BBQ or to go hike in the Ozarks. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very personable and helpful. The one bedroom suite Is ideal when traveling with more than 2 adults. As a side note, the sofa bed was very firm, so my daughter Just slept on the sofa as it was more comfortable than the mattress. You will have to ask the front desk for sheets for the sofa bed so try not to wait until bedtime. We learned this at our first hotel on this trip.
They must have cloned the manager
I used to stay in other Hilton properties, but was impressed with this concept. Janell has trained staff members who obviously genuinely care about the likes and health of their guests. Maids are in perpetual-motion, disinfecting every surface in the building, which features a kitchenette in every suite and a full breakfast you can take there. Masks and key-only entry help ensure safety...my highest priority. There are several parking entrances and exit options to a wide variety of bistros, shops and services, and you're only half a block from I-49. The reasonable rates make me ask why you would want to stay anywhere else in this central NW Arkansas location. God obviously blesses this place!
COVID-19 update
1) Bring and wear a mask upon entering. City of Fayetteville required it at the time of my posting. 2) Understand things are very different during these times. No socials at night. No breakfast except a grab & go. 3) Practice social distancing. With that said, this is a great hotel and great staff! The room was awesome and I felt very safe that it was cleaned thoroughly before I arrived
Very nice staff
This is our 3rd time using this hotel . It is clean, safe and modern . Rooms are great and the staff was very courteous. They did forget our Hilton honors waters but not a huge thing in these times. I do wish that the breakfast was back or at least coffee service was easier. Since rates were based on these services it would be fair to do something for this. However, we will return again as our student needs us😀
Nice stay
Spent two relaxing days here...the room was super clean and very comfortable...the bed has very comfortable, and the A/C worked great...Their staff were very friendly and courteous...Good location, close to several great restaurants.
