Great one night stop

We were touring around Ireland and this place just suited us for a one night stop. It was actually better than we were expecting. The rooms are nice and big with very large bathroom, comfortable bed and excellent shower over a bath. We had a lovely meal the evening we arrived, which we hadn’t pre booked but they managed to fit us in. The breakfast the next morning was probably the best I had had all trip, freshly cooked. Great service from friendly staff, we would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here as a base for visiting tourist spots ie Glencar waterfall, Sligo, Drumshanbo distillery. What great staff they have, the manager Connor is excellent and the whole team are friendly and work so well together. We had a suite looking out the front over the park opposite (nice view), it is well decorated, with an open wardrobe and full facilities. The ensuite has a big bath with rain fall shower over it and the WC is seperate. We ate in the restaurant both nights, the food was superb and extremely well priced. The wine list has a great choice and is priced from £16 to £26, unless you go for something like champagne. The breakfast has a buffet table of cereals, fruit, etc and you order the cooked breakfast. The wheaten bread is cooked by them and they supply the local shop. Now found we will go back when it that area in the future or even if we want a break!

Booked Customs House Inn at short notice, other larger hotels known to me were not available. We were more than delighted with our choice which turned out to be perfectly located for a visit to the National Trust's house at Florence Court. Our room at the hotel was a good size and decorated strikingly but tastefully. The real plus point, though, was the attentive and friendly service. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were of a very good standard. Already recommended it to friends.

A delightful boutique hotel on the Cavan / Northern Irish border, perfectly placed for exploring the area. Great food, top class accommodation, Conor and his staff could have made us feel more welcome. For those who enjoy a good pint will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
Anniversary away should have stayed at home
