What the f¥€k!?!?!?
This place is the worst!!! Dirty, nasty , disgusting!! Pool was really gross! The lighting was dark, water was cloudy and it really stunk! Apparently there was a fire weeks before our stay, and there were burnt up mattresses thrown outside of the hotel?!? It was quite obvious the bathroom was not cleaned. We only had one towel and no toilet paper. The best part of all was when the maintenance man came to the door at 10:00pm to change out our hair dryer. Really?!? Wtf?!?!?!! Pay the couple extra bucks and stay somewhere else!
Horribly Filthy
Title says it all. Room, Hall and Pool. Pool water was clouding and smelled like sewer. Floor was so filthy that my feet were horribly dirty walking from shower to bed. Discussing. Had to get out of there. If I could give a -0, I would.
Needs a lot of work
Lobby was neat clean, employees very nice, at ck in and in bkfast area, grounds were dirty with trash, room good size ,bath very clean bed linens not good quality, bed was comfortable, but, Floors in hall on 3rd floor were very, very soiled, carpet in room was terrible enough, after a shower walking barefoot, that our feet were black.the carpet all over this property needs replacing. Our room was suppose to be a non smoking, but it reeked of stale smoke, and I had to use my inhaler 2x. I was told they're on their 3rd owners, and they are trying to overcome the problems the 2nd left hanging. The bkfast was good, bacon,a mini western omelet, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy fixed asap after ordering it. Also yogurt, cereals, bagels , coffee, juices, waffles.
NOT a quality inn. Hotel is struggling in the midst of COVID...
We stayed here because it was near Washington State Park (I wanted to do some hiking for my birthday) and had a pool that was open (something else I've been wanting to do for some time). Not many hotels have pools that are open. This hotel had almost no COVID policies in evidence (other than some of the staff wearing masks). We found out later that there have been staffing issues due to COVID that are causing problems (because of the poor quality of replacement workers). There was a lot to be concerned about. A big one was that the room had not been cleaned. That's a big thing during this COVID time. The desk top was sticky and had pieces of tobacco on it, despite the room being non-smoking. The toilet had things floating around in the water. We asked the front desk for a new room, but there were none. He said someone would come to clean it, but no one ever came. That's not all, though. The towel bar had come off the bathroom wall and was missing. The desk chair was missing an arm. There were tears in the wallpaper where furniture used to be. There was a TV bracket on the wall, but the TV sat on the furniture. The pool area was unmaintained; there were piles of dirty towels everywhere and no clean ones in sight. The one bright spot was our morning. While the night staff was very poor, the day staff seemed to be the opposite. The breakfast was good, and everyone working in the breakfast area was nice and accommodating. The front desk person and manager apologized for our poor experiences and explained the trouble they are having with staff due to COVID. I understand this hotel is a work in progress, but I have to review it as we experienced it. Hopefully it will get better in time (especially after this stupid virus is dealt with), but for now I can't recommend a stay here.
Quality Inn Suites
Front desk very nice and accomidating. First room was nice but toilet back up....had to be moved took 3 times to finally get a room with 2 beds, bathroom very tiny and floor was being renovated so we were up to midnight finally getting settled in. Breakfast lady very nice. Good for an overnight on the road stay.
